MILWAUKIE, Ore., (September 20, 2021)—Dark Horse and Nickelodeon are teaming up to bring fans another special live stream event from the most recent Avatar: The Last Airbender graphic novel, Suki, Alone. Voice actress Jennie Kwan (Suki in Avatar: The Last Airbender) is joined by fellow voice actors Deedee Magno Hall (Steven Universe), Justine Huxley (Apex Legends), Catero Alain Colbert (Naruto), and comic creators Faith Erin Hicks and Peter Wartman to bring the new graphic novel to life. The live stream will be broadcast on both Dark Horse Comics' Twitch and Nickelodeon's YouTube channels. The stream begins September 22, at 1:00 pm PST.
Guests will come together to read an excerpt from the latest graphic novel made from the Dark Horse and Nickelodeon partnership, Suki, Alone. Following the live reading, fans are invited to ask questions for the comics creators and voice talent in the live stream chat on Twitch and YouTube, and the guests will have the opportunity to compete in a round of Avatar: The Last Airbender trivia!
During the stream, Dark Horse will give away a prize pack including one copy each of Suki, Alone and the previous standalone graphic novels, Katara and the Pirate's Silver and Toph Beifong's Metalbending Academy. Participants must enter during the live broadcast in the Twitch stream chat (instructions will be given during the broadcast). One entry per person/Twitch account.
