"DEPREDADOR: TIERRAS SALVAJES/PREDATOR BADLANDS", la emocionante nueva entrega de la franquicia cinematográfica "Depredador", llega a los cines el 7 de noviembre. Esa misma semana, Marvel Comics publicará PREDATOR: BADLANDS #1, un cómic complementario del escritor Ethan Sacks, conocido por su excelente trabajo en las series de Star Wars de Marvel, y, en su debut en Marvel Comics, del artista Elvin Ching, un prometedor participante reciente del programa Art Atelier de Marvel.
Como preludio oficial de la esperadísima película, este one-shot se está produciendo en estrecha colaboración con el director Dan Trachtenberg, quien también escribirá el prólogo del número. Hoy, los fans pueden ver ilustraciones interiores inéditas, así como las tres portadas del número.
“DEPREDADOR: TIERRAS SALVAJES”, protagonizada por Elle Fanning y Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, se ambienta en un planeta remoto del futuro, donde Dek, un joven Depredador marginado de su clan, encuentra un aliado inesperado en Thia y se embarca en un peligroso viaje en busca del adversario definitivo. Ambientado poco antes de estos eventos, el cómic “PREDATOR: BADLANDS” explora el nuevo y audaz enfoque de la película en la narrativa de la franquicia “Depredador”, presentando a los lectores a Dek y a otros personajes clave.
SINOPSIS
COMIENZA LA CAZA.
En este one-shot, un joven guerrero Yautja llamado Dek recibe una tarea aparentemente sencilla de su padre: recuperar una pieza tecnológica de una nave espacial abandonada que se estrelló hace años. Sin embargo, en su interior acecha una amenaza ancestral y mortal.

New York, NY— October 3, 2025 — “Predator: Badlands,” the thrilling new entry in the “Predator” film franchise, arrives in theaters on November 7. That same week, Marvel Comics will publish PREDATOR: BADLANDS #1, a tie-in comic by writer Ethan Sacks, known for his stellar work on Marvel’s Star Wars titles, and, in his Marvel Comics debut, artist Elvin Ching, a promising recent participant of Marvel’s Art Atelier program. Serving as the official prelude to the highly anticipated film, the one-shot is being produced in close collaboration with director Dan Trachtenberg, who will also write a foreword for the issue. Today, fans can check out never-before-seen interior artwork as well as all three of the issue’s covers.
“Predator: Badlands,” which stars Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, is set in the future on a remote planet, where Dek, a young Predator outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally in Thia and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary. Taking place shortly before these events, the “Predator: Badlands” comic explores the film’s bold new approach to “Predator” franchise storytelling, introducing readers to Dek and other key characters.
THE HUNT BEGINS.
In the one-shot, a young Yautja warrior named Dek is given a seemingly simple task by his father: retrieve a piece of technology from a derelict spaceship that crashed years ago. Inside, however, an ancient and deadly threat lies in wait.
