Dark Horse and Middle-Earth are expanding their The Lord of the Rings™ Animated Film Figure Collection with Merry, Pippin, and Boromir! MILWAUKIE, Ore., (May 19, 2026)— Dark Horse and Middle-earth are continuing their line of 3-piece figure sets based on Ralph Bakashi’s 1978 animated adaptation of The Lord of the Rings with Merry, Boromir, and Pippin. Each figure ranges from 5” to 7.5” tall and have been brought to life by Chris Dahlberg with paint by J.W. Productions. Even though The One Ring’s power nearly succeeds in corrupting Boromir, he overcomes temptation to save the lives of his Hobbit friends, Merry and Pippin! The three figures will be packaged and sold in a single set, retailing for $89.99. The set is expected to arrive between January – March 2027.
