Plot
Geiger faces the mysterious President Griffin, who possesses similar powers with one key difference: while Griffin creates and emits radiation, Geiger absorbs it from his surroundings. This ignites an intense battle filled with dazzling energy blasts. In the midst of the fight, Geiger sincerely and humbly asks Griffin to reveal everything he knows about the Department of Historic Preservation. However, Griffin only scoffs and claims that no such organization exists, unaware that it does operate in the shadows, connecting The Northerner, Redcoat, Geiger, and a mysterious new ally.

On another front, The Custodian unleashes his robot army against Junkyard Joe. Fortunately, Doctor Molotov, Nathan, and Zig-Zag join the fight to help Joe, managing to halt the threat.

Back to the main duel, President Griffin exhausts all his radiation. Geiger absorbs the energy completely and defeats him, but when The Custodian tries to shoot Geiger, Dr. Molotov intervenes to save him, falling mortally wounded. Molotov makes this sacrifice, seeing him as a son and seeking his own redemption.

Meanwhile, Junkyard Joe gives his hand to The Custodian after remembering how much Barney cherished it, demonstrating his constant desire to help others. However, Geiger will not be willing to forgive The Custodian for what happened.

After the battle, President Griffin is taken to a mobile hospital. There, he confesses to his right-hand woman, Lidia, that Geiger is the true salvation. His plan is to continue manipulating him with the deception of the Department of Historic Preservation to guide him to the areas with the highest radioactivity. Thus, Geiger will absorb the radiation and cleanse the land, allowing Griffin to heal only the parts of America that interest him in order to maintain political control.

The comic closes with the revelation of a new and unknown warrior from the Unnamed series: WIDOW X.

An exciting installment packed with key revelations that lay the groundwork for the highly anticipated crossover, Radioactive Revolution.

Art
As usual, Gary Frank achieves the perfect balance between highly detailed and organic linework. His work, complemented by light color palettes that reveal nothing, makes each panel mesmerizing, allowing the reader to discover incredible details with every turn.

Rob Leigh's lettering adds a true adrenaline rush through his onomatopoeia.

Summary
Geiger vs. Griffin delivers a decisive confrontation with shocking revelations that change the course of the story, giving us the answers we've been waiting for since Geiger #1.
