New York, NY— August 21, 2026 — When X-MEN OF APOCALYPSE: OMEGA #1 hit stands earlier this month, readers were startled to learn that one of the Age of Apocalypse X-Men’s trip to the main Marvel Universe had only just begun! Jeph Loeb and Simone Di Meo’s epic anniversary series ended with the Gambit of Age of Apocalypse swapping places with his 616 counterpart. Now, the story continues in the previously announced GAMBIT: GONE limited series by Steve Orlando, Edoardo Audino and Gerado Sandoval, hitting stands next month. The saga follows the dual journeys of the two Gambits with Audino handling the Age of Apocalypse Gambit’s quest in the 616, while Sandoval catches up with our Gambit in the dystopian Age of Apocalypse.
