Dark Horse Comics trae una nueva e interesante era de este interesante universo creado por Gerard Way de My Chemical Romance que fue la inspiración original para el álbum Danger Days de My Chemical Romance.
¿De Que viene?
Después de las Guerras Analógicas, los Killjoys perdieron el rumbo y la memoria. Una rata muerde el cable de televisión de Mike Milligram y la realidad se deshace. Pero cuando sus discos de Los Ramones desaparecen, Mike recuerda lo que pueden hacer los fabulosos Killjoys y algunas pistolas de rayos de juguete.
Gerard Way y Shaun Simon reinician a los Killjoys en la América actual, donde es imposible saber qué es real y qué te dicen mamá y papá para mantenerte tranquilo.

¿Qué sucede?

Books on Tape decide presentar una pantalla de TV a colores y deciden encenderla pero Code Blue no evita y hay un tiroteo intenso donde Mike logra salvar a su equipo menos a Maria, Code Blue, su gran amor.
De repente vemos a Mike Milligram en su casa cuando su TV pierde la señal porque una rata muerde el cable, esto lo hace salir de su trance, no recuerda nada lo que ha pasado, pero la desaparición de los disco de los Ramones dispara su recuerdos y de nuevo va a reunir el equipo.
Arte y Trama
El cómic posee toda la acción, violencia y geniales secuencias de persecución en un futuro postapocalíptico característico de esta serie con un arte que da esa textura arenosa muy original. El detalle es que para los fanáticos de este universo es mucho más comprensible, veremos lo que sucede después ya que esto es como un reboot.

Dark Horse Comics brings an exciting new era to this exciting universe created by My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way who was the original inspiration for My Chemical Romance's Danger Days album.
What does it come from?
After the Analog Wars, the Killjoys lost their way-and their memories. A rat chews through Mike Milligram's TV cord, and reality unravels. But when his Ramones records disappear, Mike remembers what the fabulous Killjoys and some toy rayguns can do.
Gerard Way and Shaun Simon take it all back to their original concept, rebooting the Killjoys in present-day America, where it's impossible to tell what's real and what Mom and Dad just tell you to keep you calm.

What's going on?
The Analogl War ended, all the realities are safe and a meeting between the different factions of THE AKA, THE PRISTEENS, THE LORETTAS, THE SADIE HAWKING, VACATION ADVENTURE SOCIETY, THE WEIRDS, BOOKS ON TAPE and THE FABULOUS KILLJOYS (Kile 100 %, The Codes Red and Blue, Animax and Mike Milligram) meet to talk about peace and what is coming.
Books on Tape decides to present a color TV screen and they decide to turn it on but Code Blue does not avoid it and there is an intense shooting where Mike manages to save his team except Maria, Code Blue, his great love.
Suddenly we see Mike Milligram at home when his TV loses the signal because a rat bites the cable, this makes him come out of his trance, he does not remember what happened, but the disappearance of the Ramones records triggers his memories and again he will gather the team.
Art and Plot
The comic has all the action, violence and great chase sequences in a post-apocalyptic future characteristic of this series with an art that gives that very original gritty texture. The detail is that for fans of this universe it is much more understandable, we will see what happens next since this is like a reboot.
