What does it come from?
The all-new horror series by the team behind Blackest Night and Aquaman: The Trench continues as GEOFF JOHNS and IVAN REIS dive deep into one of the denizens of Hyde Street—a boy scout on a mission to destroy a corrupt cop, and all other authority figures he can get his hands on. But who is Pranky, and where did he come from? And what’s his favorite knot to tie?

Plot
This chapter tells part of the origin of Pranky, who being a victim of abuse by his father, a war veteran tortured in the 1950s, thought that being part of the Boy Scouts would make his father proud and they would accept him, however the cruelty among his peers breaks him and his dark side emerges to make heavy/sadistic jokes. He begins to obtain his badges in his own way, it is his obsession to be accepted.

They still do not explain what deal Pranky made with Score Keeper, but Pranky feels comfortable earning his badges and in Hyde Street a policeman appears who is actually a serial killer and Pranky makes him relive his crimes and forces him to commit suicide before facing public ridicule.

Pranky is scolded by Score Keeper, since this serial killer belonged to Mr X, who had seen him first.

This comic mixes mysteries, suspense with terror in a place where reality is confusing and your hidden secrets come to collect debts of pain. It goes from a routine situation to maximum terror in a perfect narrative transition.

Art
Ivan Reis offers his organic art full of mesmerizing details that give a gloomy tone to moments that seem harmless, with excellent facial expressions and a magnificent handling of body language.

Summary
Pranky's painful origin is revealed as he uses his strategies to obtain another evil soul for Score Keeper.
This series is chilling and addictive.
