Tanto Edwards como Smith nos traen un arte lleno de texturas y orgánico que brinda una sensación dinamismo y misterio, con detalles magníficos que muestran mundos aparentemente utópicos/esperanzadores y al mismo tiempo plagados de terror y violencia.

Esta nueva saga amplía el universo de personajes, donde es recomendable haber leído los cuatro volúmenes anteriores para poder disfrutar más de esta trama intensa, donde Millar no se contiene y asombra desde la página uno. Gira en torno a lo que sucedió en la isla y sobre una misteriosa nueva conspiración en contra de los superhéroes, analizando las crisis existenciales de diferentes héroes, los caídos que buscan redención, los que están en el crepúsculo de su carrera los que viven su mejor momento de fama.

Synopsis:
The superhero revolution is over. Uncle Walter has been killed, The Utopian's son Brandon has been locked up in the Supermax and Chloe and Hutch and have got married and had kids and saved the world. Under their command, the superheroes have all got together and are working with humanity to solve the world's problems one by one in a peaceful way. Some countries don't want to get involved and there's still the occasional super-villain out there, but by and large the world is the utopia Sheldon Sampson always dreamed it would be. However, this is when the biggest threat of all time resurfaces and the mystery of the island in the middle of the ocean is finally revealed. Why were the superheroes created and what is their relationship to the mystery of human existence?

Both Edwards and Smith bring us textured and organic art that gives a sense of dynamism and mystery, with superb detail showing worlds seemingly utopian/hopeful yet riddled with terror and violence.

Plot
This new saga expands the universe of characters, where it is recommended to have read the previous four volumes to be able to enjoy more of this intense plot, where Millar does not hold back and amazes from page one. It revolves around what happened on the island and about a mysterious new conspiracy against superheroes, analyzing the existential crises of different heroes, the fallen who seek redemption, those who are in the twilight of their careers, those who live their best moment of fame.
