Top Cow Productions, la compañía detrás de THE DARKNESS y CYBERFORCE, se complace en anunciar el nuevo volumen de Syphon, un cómic sobrenatural noir y ganador del premio Ringo 2022, lanzará su segundo volumen con Top Cow Productions este noviembre. El creador y escritor Mohsen Ashraf continúa la serie en una nueva historia de cuatro números, junto con el coguionista Arish Akanda y el nuevo artista Thomas Hedglen.

Sinopsis
Una antigua amenaza, latente durante siglos, ha resurgido con venganza y un hambre masoquista. Sylas debe decidir si puede confiar en la descarada cazadora de poder Zenia, o incluso en él mismo, para enfrentar este peligro. Mientras tanto, Livia explora el trauma emocional de su nuevo paciente, que puede estar ocultando algo mucho más preocupante.
Trama
Sylas cae dormido con el tranquilizante que la cazadora Zenia le disparó, ella le explica a Livia que todos aquellos que tienen el poder de Sylas terminan volviéndose malvados y que este poder es capaz de alternar la frontera Neuro-Astral.
Sylas despierta y se entrevista a solas con Zenia, quien le muestra un libro con el origen de su poder, que se ubica en las selvas del Amazonas.
Esta historia sigue ahora una línea de aventura donde Sylas deberá enfrentar al origen de sus poderes.

Esta entrega usa una paleta de colores más fría y el arte incluye cambios de ambientes interesantes.

Synopsis
An ancient threat, dormant for centuries, has re-emerged with a vengeance—and a masochistic hunger. Sylas must decide whether he can trust brash power-hunter Zenia, or even himself, in facing this danger. Meanwhile, Livia explores the emotional trauma of her new patient who may be hiding something much more troubling.
Sylas falls asleep with the tranquilizer that the hunter Zenia shot at him, she explains to Livia that all those who have Sylas' power end up becoming evil and that this power is capable of altering the Neuro-Astral border.
Sylas wakes up and meets alone with Zenia, who shows him a book with the origin of his power, which is located in the jungles of the Amazon.
This story now follows a line of adventure where Sylas must face the origin of his powers.
Art
This installment uses a cooler color palette and the art includes interesting environment changes.
Summary
Sylas must work as a team with Zenia, who has dangerous secrets, Livia does not trust this alliance
