Trama
Este volumen nos trasladan al pasado a la década de entre 1930-1960, la edad de oro y plantea de los comics de superheroes, y narra las proezas del primer equipo de super-héroes del mundo liderado por Sheldon Sampson/Utopian y su familia, donde tienen que mantener una doble vida entre el altruismo de ser una figura pública impecable a tener su vida privada llena de problemas comunes como las preferencias sexuales que eran tabu en esa epoca y como la política se entromete para quitarle poder a este equipo.
La naturaleza humana se manifiesta entre estos héroes y los celos profesionales causan una rotunda división, donde Skyfox, el mejor amigo de Utopian decide ir a un camino opuesto.
Es una carta de amor a la narrativa y al lenguaje visual de los cómics de esas décadas pero tocando temas maduros y nos prepara para el futuro doloroso de la familia Sampson.

Retrata de una manera jovial a los cómics de la época pero sabiendo tocar temas que no son para niños, pero establece un universo parecido al de las series animadas como los Super Amigos. Hay muchas visiones artísticas en estos volúmenes que ofrecen una sensación ecléctica que hace homenaje a todos estos comics de la decada d e1960/1970.

Plot
This volume takes us back in time to the 1930s and 1960s, the golden age of superhero comics. It chronicles the exploits of the world's first superhero team, led by Sheldon Sampson/Utopian and his family. They must maintain a double life, combining the altruism of being an impeccable public figure with their private lives filled with common problems, such as sexual preferences, which were taboo at the time, and how politics interfered to take power away from this team.
Human nature manifests among these heroes, and professional jealousy causes a stark divide, where Skyfox, Utopian's best friend, decides to go the opposite way.
It's a love letter to the narrative and visual language of comics from those decades, but it touches on mature themes and prepare us for the painful future of the Sampson family.

It portrays the comics of the era in a lighthearted way, yet manages to touch on themes not intended for children. It also establishes a universe similar to that of animated series like the Super Friends. There are many artistic visions in these volumes, offering an eclectic feel that pays homage to all the comics from the 1960s and 1970s.
