¿De qué viene?
El Doctor Doom se ha apoderado del mundo, y los héroes más poderosos de la Tierra han fracasado dos veces: primero al intentar detenerlo, y ahora al intentar derrocarlo. Pero los Cuatro Fantásticos conocen a Doom mejor que nadie, lo que los hace ideales para enfrentarse al nuevo Emperador de la Tierra... excepto por el hecho de que él los conoce a ellos igual de bien. Mientras Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, Sue y Johnny Storm se preparan para enfrentarse a Doom en las Naciones Unidas, Doom realiza una visita secreta para hablar con la única persona en la Tierra que cuenta con su favor, su respeto... y su amor. Trama
Valerie Richards se reune con su padrino Doctor Doom y le pide que le explique cual es un plan con todo esto de controlar el mundo. Ambos presentan los pro y contras de la democracia, Doom cierra con la idea que él no es fascista, porque él no es un incompetente que trata de convencer a todos que no lo es, él cree que es la mejor opción para el mundo, está totalmente embriagado de poder.
Pero la estrategia de Doctor Doom es astuta, ha construido escuelas y hospitales gratis, altamente eficientes y modernos en todo el planeta, ha acabado con todas las guerras, es decir, está mejorando el planeta, su más reciente orden es eliminar todas las fronteras, todo el mundo es libre de ir al país que quiere ir, esto lo hace desde las naciones Unidas. Todavía nadie consigue la costura de este entramado de mentiras de Doom.
Los Cuatro Fantásticos llegan hasta las naciones unidas a detener a Doom, pero caen en la trampa y son rodeados por hombres armados capaces de todo por Doctor Doom.
En las Naciones Unidas Doctor Doom hace algo inesperado, le quita los poderes a The Thing, volviendolo a la normalidad, jactándose que Reed Richards se dice llamar el hombre mas inteligente del mundo y no logo ayudar a su amigo. A partir de ahora serán los Tres Fantasticos.
Capitana Marvel y los Avengers son testigos de lo que pasa y saben que están perdiendo, porque no saben a lo que se enfrentan, por eso van a hacer una alianza imposible, se van a unir a los villanos M.O.D.O.K, Doctor Octopus, Baron Mordo, Mysterio, Madelyne Pryor y Arcade que conforman los nuevos Masters of Evil.
Este evento mejora y mejora, donde explican cómo el poder absoluto corrompe absolutamente, que nos lleva a una discusión relevante y actual.
Arte
Es muy detallado, crea una atmósfera de suspenso que mezcla magia con ciencia ficción en el perfecto balance con todas las poses heroicas, el arte es tan épico como el evento.
Resumen
Doctor Doom sigue su plan de convencer al mundo de sus acciones altruistas y ningún héroe sabe a lo que se enfrenta, en especial los Cuatro Fantásticos.

What does it come from?
Doctor Doom has taken over the world, and Earth's mightiest heroes have failed twice: first to stop him, and now to overthrow him. But the Fantastic Four know Doom better than anyone, which makes them ideally suited to take on Earth's new Emperor...except for the fact that he knows THEM just as well. As Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, and Sue and Johnny Storm prepare to face down Doom at the United Nations, Doom pays a secret visit to speak to the only person on Earth who holds both his favor, his respect...and his love. But can Valeria Richards change her uncle's mind? And if she fails, what will stop Doom from visiting a shocking fate on the Fantastic Four that not even he can undo? And, as the Avengers reel from their losses, the course of the Marvel Universe will change - and Marvel's First Family won't be the same!
Plot
Valerie Richards meets with her godfather, Doctor Doom, and asks him to explain the plan behind all this world control. They both present the pros and cons of democracy. Doom concludes with the idea that he is not a fascist, because he is not an incompetent who tries to convince everyone he is not. He believes it is the best option for the world; he is completely intoxicated with power.
But Doctor Doom's strategy is cunning. He has built free, highly efficient, and modern schools and hospitals across the planet. He has ended all wars, in other words, he is improving the planet. His most recent order is to eliminate all borders. Everyone is free to go to any country they want. He does this from the United Nations. Still, no one can understand the structure of Doom's web of lies.
The Fantastic Four arrive at the United Nations to stop Doom, but they fall into the trap and are surrounded by armed men capable of anything. At the United Nations, Doctor Doom does something unexpected: he takes away The Thing's powers, returning him to normal, boasting that Reed Richards calls himself the smartest man in the world and failed to help his friend. From now on, they will be the Fantastic Three.
Captain Marvel and the Avengers witness what is happening and know they are losing because they don't know what they are up against. So they form an impossible alliance. They join the villains M.O.D.O.K., Doctor Octopus, Baron Mordo, Mysterio, Madelyne Pryor, and Arcade, who make up the new Masters of Evil.
This event gets better and better, explaining how absolute power corrupts absolutely, which leads us to a relevant and current discussion.
Art
It is very detailed, creating an atmosphere of suspense that blends magic with science fiction in perfect balance with all the heroic poses. The art is as epic as the event.
Summary
Doctor Doom continues his plan to convince the world of his altruistic actions, and no hero knows what he's up against, especially the Fantastic Four.
A powerful change to the status quo for the first family of superheroes.
