Trama
Tony Stark lanza un ataque contra la THE LIVING CITY, este lugar entre las Montañas Apalache donde alberga un reino de monstruos. Iron Man estrena la armadura HELLBUSTER, pero no es rival para Infernal Hulk ni usando una lanza que trajo consigo el robot de ONE ABOVE ALL.
Tony Stark autoriza que Reed Richards detone una serie de explosivos debajo de esta ciudad, pero el poder mágico de Living City la hace inmune a este ataque, ahora Tony Stark es rehén de Infernal Hulk.
Por otro lado muestran a Charlie, quien ayudó a Bruce/Hulk a escapar de The Eldest en Incredible Hulk, para descubrir que ella es un monstruo llamado Lycan. Ella está viviendo de incógnito.
Esta saga sigue adentrándose en este universo de terror donde parece que The Eldest al fusionarse con Hulk se ha convertido en una fuerza de la naturaleza y cósmica indetenible. ¡Esto es Terror Cósmico con Radiación Gamma!
Arte
Es muy lúgubre, donde hay más trazos que le otorga una sensación de dinamismo orgánico diferente. Esta entrega estrena a Adam Gorham como ilustrador.

What does it come from?
INTRODUCING THE HELLBUSTER ARMOR! When Infernal Hulk pushes Earth's Mightiest Heroes to the brink, IRON MAN leads an overpowered strike force to level the Living City and end the Age of Monsters forever. Will Tony's new HELLBUSTER ARMOR and the spear of the ONE ABOVE ALL be enough to keep him alive against the INFERNAL HULK? Or will he be corrupted like all the others?
Plot
Tony Stark launches an attack against Living City, a place nestled in the Appalachian Mountains that houses a kingdom of monsters. Iron Man debuts the Hellbuster armor, but it's no match for Infernal Hulk, even with a spear brought by the robot from One Above All.
Tony Stark authorizes Reed Richards to detonate a series of explosives beneath the city, but Living City's magical power renders it immune to the attack. Now, Tony Stark is held hostage by Infernal Hulk.
Meanwhile, we see Charlie, who helped Bruce/Hulk escape from The Eldest in Incredible Hulk, revealing herself to be a monster called a Lycan. She is living in disguise.
This saga continues to delve deeper into this terrifying universe where it seems The Eldest, having merged with Hulk, has become an unstoppable force of nature and cosmic power. This is Cosmic Terror with Gamma Radiation!
Artwork
It's very dark, with more lines that give it a different, organic, dynamic feel. This issue marks Adam Gorham's debut as illustrator.
