¿De qué viene?

¡De los creadores más vendidos del New York Times con el comic BANG! ¡Llega un misterio de asesinato alucinante y multidimensional presentado en un formato del tamaño de una revista pulp!

Nuestro héroe se da cuenta de que ha estado saltando a través de dimensiones, desde el antiguo mundo de la espada y la hechicería hasta la distopía ciberpunk de alta tecnología, y está decidido a descubrir su mundo original: su único y verdadero lugar de nacimiento y realidad.

Trama

El detective Verge despierta en las oficinas de DECIPHER COSMICS donde le dicen qur todo lo que viio es ahora de su propiedad, roda esa historia la debe narrar, ya que en realidad contratarlo fue una manera de entrenar a lw IA que tienende detective, pero Verge escapa gracias a las APP ilegales que tiene su asistente IA llamada ray.

Verge llega hasta casa de Ronnie para que le ayude a curarse, en ese lugar los guerreros de piel azul (IP AGENTS) le explican que el es un ser capaz deviajar entre reaidadees a voluntad pero que eso puede ser desastroso.

Seres como Verge llevan siglos logrando esto, viajan entre realidades y escriebn libros sobre eso, pero casuando catastrofes en las realidades.

Verge usa su pdier y vaiaj a ptra realidad para descuburi de dibde viene.

Este comic es abrumante y brillanre, cuando crees que entienses lo que pasa te cambia todo.

Es muy detallado con la impronta de Torres que fusiona arte pop de los 60 con una nueva visión fresca, con un manejo del lenguaje corporal impresionante.

What does it come from?

Our hero realizes he's been jumping through dimensions, between the ancient world of sword and sorcery to the high-tech cyberpunk dystopia, he is determined to discover his original world--his one true birthplace and reality.

Subgenre is the latest release from Flux House Books, a new boutique imprint that will feature the writing (and sometimes) art of acclaimed comics creator Matt Kindt, with crime, science fiction, horror, and humor stories, all told and presented in startling and untraditional ways.

Plot

Detective Verge wakes up in the offices of DECIPHER COSMICS where they tell him that everything he saw is now his property, he must tell that whole story, since actually hiring him was a way to train the AI that he has as a detective, but Verge escapes thanks to the illegal APPs that his assistant Ray has.

Verge arrives at Ronnie's house to help him heal, there the blue-skinned warriors (IP AGENTS) explain to him that he is a being capable of traveling between realities at will but that this can be disastrous.

Beings like Verge have been achieving this for centuries, traveling between realities and writing books about it, but causing catastrophes in the realities.
Verge uses his power and travels to another reality to find out where he comes from.

This comic is overwhelming and brilliant, when you think you understand what is happening it changes everything.

Verge must meet with a sorcerer who will make him return to normal, during this journey he must overcome a series of challenges, he has his Hero's Journey, to wake up and discover that it was a dream generated by the Decipher Cosmics Corporation who copied everything he dreamed Verge and now they are owners of their history, therefore of him.
Exciting and dizzying delivery where the mix of literary genres remains in perfect balance, you feel like you are jumping from a story by Robert E Howard to enter one by Philip K Dick.

Trama

Esta historia se centra en el futuro donde el detective Verge es llamado por la Corporación Decipher Cosmics a investigar un triple asesianto, Esta corporación es responsable de la plataforma de entretenimiento más grande del planeta y crea los mejores programas de streaming, libros etc, todo con ayuda de Inteligencia Artificial que termina adaptándose a los gustos de la spersonas pero basadas en algoritmos, sus productos son adictivos.

Verge le ayuda una asistente de inteligencia artificial cuyas actualizaciones le permiten usar tácticas ilegales. La escena del crimen ocurre en las oficinas de Decipher Cosmics de unas personas misteriosas que visten unas túnicas respectivas de un culto llamado I.P AGENTS, se maquillan de azul.

La primera pista se la ofrece la misma corporación, mencionan a una mujer llamada Ronnie Lake, quien odia los productos creados por esta empresa que funcionan con algoritmos.

Ronnie y Verge llegan hasta la biblioteca de IP AGENTS, en ese lugar ocurre algo raro, Verge no puede leer los libros o las fotografías, todo es borroso y sus oídos no lo pueden entender cuando Ronnie se lo lee.

En ese momento los IP AGENTS lo atacan y de repente despierta en un mundo del pasado, de fantasía donde la su asistente AI es una hada...un vuelco total de los géneros, de cyberpunk a fantasía.

Este cómic te atrapa en la primera página y te adentra en una fusión de cyberpunk, detectives noir y fantasía, sientes que como Fahrenheit 451 con Blade Runner y Narnia.

Plot

This story focuses on the future where Detective Verge is called by the Decipher Cosmics Corporation to investigate a triple murder. This corporation is responsible for the largest entertainment platform on the planet and creates the best streaming programs, books, etc., all with help of Artificial Intelligence that ends up adapting to people's tastes but based on algorithms, their products are addictive.

Verge helps you with an artificial intelligence assistant whose updates allow you to use illegal tactics. The crime scene occurs in the offices of Decipher Cosmics of some mysterious people who wear the respective robes of a cult called I.P AGENTS, they wear blue makeup.

The first clue is offered by the same corporation, they mention a woman named Ronnie Lake, who hates the products created by this company that work with algorithms.

Ronnie and Verge arrive at the IP AGENTS library, something strange happens there, Verge cannot read the books or photographs, everything is blurry and his ears cannot understand it when Ronnie reads it to him.

At that moment the IP AGENTS attack him and he suddenly wakes up in a fantasy world from the past where his AI assistant is a fairy... a total reversal of genres, from cyberpunk to fantasy.

This comic grabs you on the first page and takes you into a fusion of cyberpunk, noir detectives and fantasy, you feel like Fahrenheit 451 meets Blade Runner and Narnia.

DARK HORSE Y FLUX HOUSE BOOKS LANZAN SU NUEVA SERIE DE COMICS "SUBGENRE"

Flux House Books y Dark Horse Comics presentan la nueva serie de Matt Kindt, Subgenre. Co-creado con socio Wilfredo Torres, los mismos de Bang!

Subgenre es un misterio de asesinato multidimensional alucinante que se extiende a través de muchos de los libros anteriores de Kindt y todo el género de ficción en sí. Kindt escribirá la serie, con arte de Wilfredo Torres y colores de Bill Crabtree. El primer número también contará con una portada variante de Brian Hurtt. Cada número de la serie también se presentará en un formato más grande, del tamaño de una revista pulp.
