Trama

Esta reinvención del regreso de Capitán América nos transporta al futuro distopico de 2099, donde las corporaciones ejercen un control absoluto de las libertades sociales y los héroes de este mundo descubren el cuerpo congelado de Capitán América.

Aquí veremos una nueva versión de uniforme de Cap y como un temible enemigo del pasado estuvo esperando su regreso, donde Steve Rogers sigue sobrellevando ser un hombre fuera del tiempo.

Interesante reimaginación pero tal vez necesito mas de una entrega para narrarlo con mas comodidad

Arte

Es una carta de amor a los cómics de la década de los 80 y 90 gracias a ese arte tan característico y lleno de texturas, que a la vez presenta un refrescamiento interesante.

Plot

This reimagining of Captain America's return transports us to the dystopian future of 2099, where corporations exert absolute control over social freedoms and the heroes of this world discover Captain America's frozen body.

Here we see a new version of Cap's uniform and how a fearsome enemy from the past has been waiting for his return, while Steve Rogers continues to cope with being a man out of time.

An interesting reimagining, but perhaps it needs more than one issue to tell the story more comfortably.

Art

It's a love letter to the comics of the '80s and '90s thanks to its distinctive and textured art style, which also presents an interesting refresh.

Summary

Steve Rogers deals with an even more different world where freedoms have been curtailed by technology. An interesting reimagining of Captain America's return.

Trama

Capitán América esta entre la vida y la muerte, el golpe de Red Hulk lo dejó muy mal herido, pero misteriosamente su alma es enviada al Inframundo, donde Doctor Doom y su aliada Veratok le explican que su vida pende de un hilo y esta en este lugar porque su alma está por cruzar de reinos. Doom le pide  ayuda a Cap para detener a Mephisto, quien odia a Doctor Doom y quiere su alma.

Steve no está convencido de ayudar a Doctor Doom, pero al ver como una persona es torturada, decide que debe ayudar a estas almas en pena de las torturas de Mephisto.

Mephisto por otro lado recluta a Red Skull para vencer a Steve Rogers.

Este cómic cambia por completo su línea narrativa de los conflictos ideológicos y geopolíticos hacia el terror de una manera fluida y orgánica.

Lleno de detalles que son elevados a otro nivel de calidad con diferentes texturas, donde ofrece diseños tan avasallantes como alucinantes de Capitán América y su nuevo universo de personajes.

Plot

Captain America is between life and death. Red Hulk's attack has left him severely injured, but mysteriously, his soul is sent to the Underworld, where Doctor Doom and his ally Veratok explain that his life hangs by a thread and he's there because his soul is about to cross over. Doom asks Cap for help to stop Mephisto, who hates Doctor Doom and wants his soul.

Steve isn't convinced about helping Doctor Doom, but after witnessing someone being tortured, he decides he must help these tormented souls escape Mephisto's torments.

Mephisto, on the other hand, recruits Red Skull to defeat Steve Rogers. 

This comic completely shifts its narrative focus from ideological and geopolitical conflicts to pure horror in a fluid and organic way.

¿De qué viene?

¡El arma definitiva de Doom se revela en el camino al Armagedón! Steve deja de lado su misión de proteger el arma definitiva de Victor Von Doom tanto de Estados Unidos como de Latveria, lo que lo pone en una peligrosa trayectoria de colisión con el NUEVO equipo de ataque de Hulk Rojo. Pero hay guerras que ni siquiera el Capitán América puede ganar… ¡Sé testigo de la chispa que enciende el fuego del Armagedón en este número imperdible!

Trama

Capitán América ayuda a Nick Fury a desarmar a la mujer que estaba criando en secreto al clon de Victor Von Doom, que apenas tiene 10-12 años, Cap piensa que es el arma secreta de Doctor Doom, pero el arma real la lleva consigo, una misteriosa mochila.

El objetivo es que el clon de Doctor Doom tuviese una vida normal como un ciudadano modelo para luego tomar el poder del gobierno cuando fuese adulto.

Pero para sorpresa de todos, el General Ross le dio el suero de Hulk a un grupo de soldados y transformado en Red Hulk realiza un ataque a Doomstadt proclamando que ahora Latveria está en control del gobierno de EE.UU, este ataque es realizado por Ross sin aprobación del gobierno, aparentemente.

Red Hulk está a punto de asesinar al clon de Victor Doom, cuando Sam Wilson, el otro Capitan America se lo lleva, sin embargo la mochila está en posesión de Red Hulk.

Entre toda esta conmoción por el ataque de Red Hulk, Capitán América arriesga su vida para salvar un niño de morir aplastado por los escombros de un castillo. Cap despierta en lo que parece el infierno, donde Doctor Doom lo estaba esperando.

Este cómic se adentra en conflictos ideológicos políticos complejos de una manera brillante, desde el punto de vista de Capitán América.

Plot

Captain America helps Nick Fury disarm the woman who was secretly raising a 10-12 year old clone of Victor Von Doom. Cap thinks it's Doctor Doom's secret weapon, but the real weapon is with him: a mysterious backpack.

The plan is for the clone to live a normal life as a model citizen and then seize power when he grows up.

But to everyone's surprise, General Ross gives the Hulk serum to a group of soldiers, and transformed into Red Hulk, he attacks Doomstadt, proclaiming that Latveria is now under the control of the U.S. government. This attack is carried out by Ross without government approval, apparently.

Red Hulk is about to kill the clone when Sam Wilson, the other Captain America, takes him away. However, the backpack is in Red Hulk's possession.

Amidst the chaos of Red Hulk's attack, Captain America risks his life to save a child from being crushed by castle rubble. Cap awakens in what appears to be Hell, where Doctor Doom is waiting for him.

This comic delves into complex political and ideological conflicts brilliantly, from Captain America's perspective.

The saga is currently being set up in Zdarsky’s hit run of Captain America as well as the Wolverine: Weapons of Armageddon limited series which follows Wolverine and Dave Colton, a new Captain America introduced in Zdarsky’s run, as they team up to dismantle an all-new super soldier program. Along the way, the pair will unleash a mysterious power originating from another universe that will shift the tide of the coming battle with Ross—but at a heavy cost.

The entire globe is thrown into chaos in AVENGERS: ARMAGEDDON #3. With the rest of the world turning against the Avengers, what will they choose? The story sees Captain America, desperate to return to Earth to stop Armageddon, teaming up with Doctor Doom to acquire a weapon powerful enough to defeat their captor: Mephisto!

What does it come from?

UNITED THEY FALL ON THE ROAD TO ARMAGEDDON! A shocking betrayal leaves Captain America's S.H.I.E.L.D. team at odds - just in time for Doom's ultimate weapon to be dragged into the light. But it's not what anyone thought it was, and as an all-out feeding frenzy ignites between Salvation, Red Hulk and S.H.I.E.L.D., it's up to Steve to get his hands on the weapon before it's too late!

Plot

Trevor and Red Widow obtain another clue about Doctor Doom's hidden weapon. Red Widow kills Trevor, then works with Marius. Cap neutralizes Red Widow, and Marius/Salvation arrives.

Captain America confronts Marius Wolf/Salvation, who is wearing Doctor Doom's armor and gauntlets. Marius kills Melor and wounds Mara and Alina.

Steve defeats Marius, and the crowd lynches him. Captain America follows the clue found by Trevor and Red Widow on a statue, which leads him to a house where Nick Fury is fighting a woman. A child appears—who may be a clone of Victor Von Doom—and this is the hidden weapon.

General Ross/Red Hulk is about to attack Latveria to obtain the weapon of mass destruction. This attack will likely be the beginning of the Armageddon event.

This comic delves brilliantly into complex political and ideological conflicts from the perspective of Captain America, who respects freedom at all costs and hates demagoguery.
