Alex Ross inicia este libro con un resumen del origen de cada personaje clave del Universo Marvel. Aunque para los fanáticos es algo conocido, la forma en que Ross lo describe ofrece una recompensa nostálgica; por otro lado, para los nuevos lectores, probablemente no exista una mejor introducción a este universo.
Luego, presenta un nuevo universo donde altera el origen y la manifestación de los poderes de los personajes en versiones alucinantes que hacen juego con los cambios de color.
Cada página es una obra maestra donde se resume, en pocos paneles, la impresionante y nutrida historia de Marvel. Es un verdadero deleite visual y creativo.

Plot and Art
Alex Ross begins this book with a summary of the origin of each key character in the Marvel Universe. While this may be familiar to fans, Ross's descriptions offer a nostalgic reward; for new readers, there is probably no better introduction to this universe.
He then presents a new universe where he alters the origins and manifestations of the characters' powers into stunning versions that perfectly complement the color changes.
Each page is a masterpiece, summarizing Marvel's impressive and rich history in just a few panels. It's a true visual and creative delight.
