Trama

Ben Reilly se enfrenta ahora a Spidercide, que le explica que es un clon fallido de Jackal que es hermano suyo y de Peter, pero sus poderes van más allá de los de Spider-man. Spidercide tiene un gran resentimiento, en el que Ben se ve reflejado, ahora entiende que no quiere la vida de Peter, quiere su propia vida.

Pero Spidercide prepara un ataque ayudado por todos los reclusos de Ravencroft...la Doctora Kafka y Edward corren peligro.

Penúltimo capítulo que nos prepara para la batalla más peligrosa que Ben haya luchado.

Logra secuencias geniales donde ofrece un dinamismo al fluido de Spidercide y a la vez ofrece excelentes movimientos y poses clásicas para Spider-man.

Plot

Ben Reilly now confronts Spidercide, who explains that he is a failed Jackal clone who is his and Peter's brother, but his powers go beyond Spider-man's. Spidercide has a great resentment, in which Ben sees himself reflected, now he understands that he does not want Peter's life, he wants his own life.

But Spidercide prepares an attack helped by all the inmates of Ravencroft... Doctor Kafka and Edward are in danger.

Penultimate chapter that prepares us for the most dangerous battle that Ben has ever fought.

Art

He achieves great sequences where he offers a dynamism to the fluidity of Spidercide and at the same time offers excellent movements and classic poses for Spider-man.

Trama

Ben Reilly se enfrenta ahora a Carolyn Trainer, Doc Ock, pero al igual que en todas sus recientes batallas (Scorpio y Carrión) siente que está luchando contra otra persona, algo no es normal ya que ninguno de estos villanos han escapado del INSTITUTO RAVENCROFT.

Todo se vuelve aún más extraño es cuando aparece Kraven como zombie...

Ben lo que le pide ayuda a la Doctora Kafka para hablar con Quentin Beck, pero descubre que no es obra de Mysterio.

El cómic cierra con la revelación...este villano que se transmuta resulta ser un clon hermano de Ben, creado por Jackal y ahora se hace conocer, se hace llamar...SPIDERCIDE y su odio e ira hacia Ben es letal.

Arte 

Vertiginoso y llenos de secuencias de pelea aéreas, con muchos detalles en momentos de terror y suspenso que resalta la perversidad del villano.

Ben finalmente descubre quién está detrás de todos los ataques, pero esta revelación le cambiará su vida

Plot

Ben Reilly is now facing Carolyn Trainer, Doc Ock, but as in all their recent battles (Scorpio and Carrion) he feels like he is fighting someone else, something is not normal as none of these villains have escaped from RAVENCROFT INSTITUTE.

Everything becomes even stranger when Kraven appears as a zombie...

Ben asks Dr. Kafka for help to talk to Quentin Beck, but discovers that it is not Mysterio's doing.

The comic closes with the reveal... this transmuting villain turns out to be a clone brother of Ben, created by Jackal and now he makes himself known, he calls himself... SPIDERCIDE and his hatred and anger towards Ben is lethal.

Art

Fast-paced and full of aerial fight sequences, with many details in moments of terror and suspense that highlight the wickedness of the villain.

Summary

Ben finally finds out who is behind all the attacks, but this revelation will change his life

Lo más descabellado es que Ben habla con la Doctora Kafka del asilo de Ravencroft para descubrir que Marc Gargan/Scorpio nunca escapó, Ben no sabe con quien peleó, pero el próximo round es con Lady Octopus.

Arte 

Es impresionante, prácticamente hyper real con unos colores pulcros, brillantes que aumenta el realismo.

Resumen

Ben se está enfrentando a villanos que aunque parecen conocidos no lo son, alguien está jugando con su mente

Plot

Ben Reilly faces Scorpion in a battle without quarter that almost takes the lives of a family if Ben doesn't stop them, at that moment Scorpion leaves, just like Carrió did, it seems they are testing something in their superhero attitude.

The craziest thing is that Ben talks to Doctor Kafka from Ravencroft asylum to discover that Marc Gargan / Scorpio never escaped, Ben doesn't know who he fought, but the next round is with Lady Octopus.

Art

It is impressive, practically hyper real with neat, bright colors that increase the realism.

Ben is facing villains that although they seem familiar they are not, someone is playing with his mind

Trama

Este comic ocurre luego de Clone Saga en la década de los noventa, donde Ben Reilly regresa de la muerte para saber que es un clon de Peter Parker y decide vivir una vida que nunca tuvo para tener recuerdos propios no los de PETER, pero no logra sentirse mejor, esta inconformidad de no saber quién es le ha causado una ira que está por salirse de control y casi le hace daño a Carrion.

Mientras un asesino en serie está suelto, Ben no se percata que necesitan de su ayuda y que él necesita un amigo.

Este cómic posee una narrativa similar a la usada en la década de los 90 pero refrescada y potenciada.

Arte 

Posee una impronta muy característica que lo diferencia de otros cómics, con colores muy vivos y una rotulación explosiva como la ira de Ben. 

Resumen

Ben Reilly regresa a Nueva York para auto-descubrirse, mientras los enemigos de Spidey le dan una bienvenida

Plot

This comic takes place after the Clone Saga in the 1990s, where Ben Reilly returns from the dead to find out that he is a clone of Peter Parker and decides to live a life he never had in order to have his own memories, not PETER's, but he doesn't succeed. This discomfort of not knowing who he is has caused him an anger that is about to get out of control and almost hurt badly the villain Carrion.

While a serial killer is on the loose, Ben doesn't realize that they need his help and that he needs a friend.

This comic has a narrative similar to the one used in the 90's but refreshed and enhanced.

Art

It has a very characteristic imprint that differentiates it from other comics, with very bright colors and explosive lettering like Ben's anger.

Summary

Ben Reilly returns to New York to discover himself, while Spidey's enemies give him a dangerous welcome

New York, NY— November 18, 2021 — This January, fans will get the chance to return to the era when Ben Reilly was the one, true Spider-Man in BEN REILLY: SPIDER-MAN, an all-new limited series by iconic Spider-Man scribe J.M. DeMatteis and explosive artist David Baldeón! To celebrate these untold adventures of Ben Reilly, Marvel is proud to unveil another hidden piece of Ben Reilly history: legendary artist Dan Jurgen’s unused Ben Reilly costume design! Jurgen original design sheet and sketch art from 1995 will adorn BEN REILLY: SPIDER-MAN #1 as variant covers and this bold costume may also play a surprising role in Ben Reilly’s saga by the end of the new series…

 

Here’s what Jurgens had to say about his costume design seeing new light as covers:

 

“Back in 1995 when we were launching the new SENSATIONAL SPIDER-MAN series with Ben Reilly taking over as Spidey, we decided to tweak his costume. Mark Bagley and I each took a swing and Mark’s classic design—quite appropriately—was the winner. I filed the art away and pretty much forgot about it until the new series came up in a recent conversation and I happened to think of it. Definitely cool now that, after all these years, this other version will finally see the light of day as one of the variants to BEN REILLY: SPIDER-MAN #1. It’s even more cool to be drawing Ben again, with regular variant covers for the duration of the series!”
