Trama 

Red Sonja está en una misión de robar un cuadro donde aparece una mujer llamada Carolina, debido a que estos cuadros los hicieron con flores de Atropa Belladonna, una flor que conlleva una maldición, por lo tanto todas las personas que poseen en esos cuadros, su vida empieza a menguar y el cuadro se empieza a ver más vibrante.

En este robo a la galería, conoce al pintor Dorian Gray, quien la lleva a quien mezcla las pinturas que usa, pero Red Sonja descubre qué son robots controlados por Gray.

Emocionante episodio que mezcla terror sobrenatural con ficción steampunk en un balance perfecto y adictivo.

Arte 

Logra destacar la sensualidad de Red Sonja así como su capacidad de pelear ilustrando secuencias que muestran que más allá de la valentía de Sonja, su flexibilidad y agilidad le da una gran ventaja.

Plot

Red Sonja is on a mission to steal a painting where a woman named Carolina appears, because these paintings were made with Atropa Belladonna flowers, a flower that carries a curse, therefore all the people who own those paintings, their Life begins to diminish and the painting begins to look more vibrant. In this gallery robbery, she meets painter Dorian Gray, who takes her to whom she mixes the paints she uses, but Red Sonja discovers that they are robots controlled by Gray. Exciting episode that mixes supernatural horror with steampunk fiction in a perfect and addictive balance. Art He manages to highlight Red Sonja's sensuality as well as her ability to fight, illustrating sequences that show that beyond Sonja's bravery, her flexibility and agility give her a great advantage.

Legenderry es una línea editorial de Dynamite Comics dedicada al género literario Steampunk, traslada a sus personajes a la era victoriana, a principios del siglo XX, mezclando realidad histórica con ciencia ficción. Este es el segundo volumen dedicado a Red Sonja donde la re-imaginan como la capitana del submarino Nautilus de la novela 20 leguas de Viaje Submarino de Julio Verne.

Este volumen recopila los cinco números que conforman este segundo volumen. 

¿De qué viene?

Red Sonja conoce a una joven en apuros llamada Tesla, quien intenta salvar a su amado llamado D´Nar de las manos del hechicero Kulan Gath.

D´nar es el hijo de Gath y Tesla es hija de Thorne, dos familias enemistadas, una especie de Romeo y Julieta victoriano.

¿Qué sucede?

Red Sonja decide ayudar a Tesla y rescatan a D´nar ejecutando un plan suicida en la fortaleza de Kulan Gath en una remota isla perdida en el océano.

Las secuencias de pelea de Sonja son vertiginosas durante todas las cinco entregas, mezclando pelea de espadas con maquinas a vapor futuristas.

Todo este volumen presenta hechos históricos verdaderos así como personalidades de la época que le aporta una sensación realista y substancia a todo el relato.

El cuarto número de esta serie cambia la dirección de toda la historia con una terrible y emocionante revelación.

Calidad de la Edición

Mark Adreyko Igor Lima y Rodney Buchemi son un excelente equipo creativo que nutren la mitología de Red Sonja con este espectacular volumen, haciendo mención especial al trabajo de Igor Lima, un magnifico artista. Aparte este libro incluye todas las impresionantes portadas alternas d que nos tiene acostumbrado Dynamite Comics.

Resumen

Red Sonja steampunk es una brillante idea que trae toda ferocidad e inteligencia de esta guerrera a una época que nos parece familiar y al mismo tiempo es totalmente fresca, este segundo volumen entretiene y asombra.

Legenderry is an editorial line of Dynamite Comics dedicated to the literary genre Steampunk, translating its characters to the Victorian era, at the beginning of the 20th century, mixing historical reality with science fiction. This is the second volume dedicated to Red Sonja where she is reimagined as the captain of the submarine Nautilus from the novel 20 leagues of Submarine Travel by Jules Verne.

This volume compiles the five issues that make up this second volume.

Where does it come from?

Red Sonja meets a young woman in distress named Tesla, who tries to save her beloved named D'Nar from the hands of the sorcerer Kulan Gath.

D'nar is the son of Gath and Tesla is the daughter of Thorne, two families with a death feud, a kind of Victorian Romeo and Juliet.

What's going on?

Red Sonja decides to help Tesla and rescue D'nar by executing a suicidal plan in the Kulan Gath fortress on a remote island lost in the ocean.

Sonja's fight sequences are dizzying during all five installments, mixing sword fights with futuristic steam engines.

All this volume presents true historical facts as well as personalities of the time that brings a realistic feeling and substance to the whole story.

Plot Twist

The fourth issue of this series changes the direction of the whole story with a terrible and exciting revelation.

Quality of this Edition

Mark Adreyko Igor Lima and Rodney Buchemi are an excellent creative team that nurture the mythology of Red Sonja with this spectacular volume, making special mention to the work of Igor Lima, a magnificent artist. This book includes all the impressive variant covers that Dynamite Comics always pampers the fans.

Red Sonja steampunk is a brilliant idea that brings all the ferocity and intelligence of this warrior to an era that seems familiar and at the same time is totally fresh, this second volume entertains and amazes.
