Estos dos personajes cruzan caminos, uno es creador y la otra es una cazadora.
Vampirella (principal exponente del cómic de terror y erótico) fue creada por Forrest J. Ackerman, Archie Goodwin con el artista Frank Frazetta, ella proviene del planeta extraterrestre Drakulon, donde los Vampiri viven de beber sangre de los ríos.
Este volumen colecciona #1 al #4.
¿De qué viene?
El cómic narra cómo el demente Dr Herbert West experimenta sus pociones en un convento de monjes para robar información que necesita para seguir su cruzada de reanimar a los muertos, narrando paso a paso sus intenciones, este cómic es en blanco y negro, solo resalta el color rojo en ciertas situaciones violentas, lo que le da un buen toque de misterio.
Por otro lado vemos a Vampirella en su rutina diaria de limpieza de monstruos, en este caso de hombres lobos, con una secuencias de pelea bien ejecutadas.
El cómic es muy contemplativo y con poco diálogo, el arte recuerda mucho al clásico artista Bernie Wrightson, la historia te atrapa y te deja pidiendo más, excelente resultado de este equipo creativo de Cullen Bunn y Blacky Sheperd.
Por otro lado vemos a Vampirella en su rutina diaria de limpieza de monstruos, en este caso de hombres lobos, con una secuencias de pelea bien ejecutadas.

¿Qué sucede?
Ambos Monarcas de la Muerte (la reina Mictecacihuatl y el rey Mictlántécutli) son traídos a la vida por Reanimator, con un suero experimental que los hace aún más poderosos. Estos seres abren un portal a Drakulon donde pasan seres monstruosos que van a destruir la tierra, Vampirella los intenta y falla en su intento, es asesinada cuando con facilidad le rompen el cuello.
Reanimator entiendo el daño que ha causado y decide usar su nueva versión de ReAgent en revivir Vampirella, convirtiéndola en una diosa que en segundos acaba con ambos.
Este cómic está soportado por un buen arte en blanco y negro pero con sutiles toques de rojo/púrpura y amarillo en diferentes situaciones.

Vampirella (leading exponent of the horror and erotic comic) was created by Forrest J. Ackerman, Archie Goodwin with artist Frank Frazetta, she comes from the extraterrestrial planet Drakulon, where the Vampiri live by drinking blood from the rivers.
Dr. Herbert West is The Reanimator, the famous mad scientist of H.P Lovecraft, who continues his life's work: revive the dead by chemical means.
This book collects Issu #1 to #4
Where it comes from?
The comic tells how the insane Dr Herbert West experiences his potions in a convent of monks to steal information he needs to follow his crusade to revive the dead, narrating step by step his intentions, this comic is in black and white, just highlights the Red color in certain violent situations, which gives a good touch of mystery.
On the other hand we see Vampirella in his daily monster cleaning routine, in this case werewolves, with a well executed fight sequences.
The comic is very contemplative and with little dialogue, the art reminds a lot of the classic artist Bernie Wrightson, the story catches you and leaves you asking for more, excellent result of this creative team of Cullen Bunn and Blacky Sheperd.
What happens in this issue?
Both Death Monarchs (Queen Mictecacihuatl and King Mictlántécutli) are brought to life by Reanimator, with an experimental serum that makes them even more powerful. These beings open a portal to Drakulon where monstrous beings pass by that will destroy the earth, Vampirella tries them and fails in his attempt, is killed when they easily break his neck.
Reanimator understand the damage he has caused and decides to use his new version of ReAgent to revive Vampirella, turning her into a goddess that ends in both.
This comic is supported by a good black and white art but with subtle touches of red / purple and yellow in different situations.
