Trama

Muestran una secuencia de pelea en plena cacería intensa.
Para complicar todo el presidente de EE.UU crea un super equipo conformado por psicópatas.

What does it come from?
Acclaimed writer J. Michael Straczynski returns the prescient, ambitious world of The Resistance! In the wake of the assassination of their leader, the Resistance is in disarray, disconnected from each other and hunted by authorities around the world – including an army of “reborns” recruited by the American government. To avert decimation at the hands of a fascistic government crackdown, the Resistance must discover the ace up their sleeve, and then the key to unlocking it.
This is the sequel to The Resistance (J. Michael Straczynski y Mike Deodato Jr.) which tells the story of survivors of a deadly pandemic, where those who overcome the disease awaken with super powers. Volume 1 predicted circumstances similar to Covid19, this volume 2 predicts events of tyrannical governments that occurred in 2021.
Plot
The US government announces that the virus comes from space and enacts a 1947 law where all those who have the virus will be treated as foreigners and will be apprehended unless they surrender.
In the same way, the public relations company SWAM KIRBY CHASE, in charge of creating uniforms and publicity designs of the new superheroes, announces to its affiliates that they are now government employees and that their mission is to hunt down the reborn fugitives, otherwise they will be taken to government facilities. They show a fight sequence in the middle of an intense hunt.
To complicate everything, the president of the United States creates a super team made up of psychopaths.

CP Smith offers a lot of texture in his art, giving it an interesting organic feel.
