El cómic te explica quién es Black Terror, Bob Benton te narra su historia, que es un farmaceuta que crea un químico capaz de otorgar habilidades físicas fuera de lo normal.
Recuerda con dolor ser un super héroe, estos recuerdos le generan ansiedad que controla con más medicamentos, es decir, es adicto a todos los calmantes prescritos, sin embargo empieza a entender que su adicción viene de otro lado.
Bob Benton descubre que es adicto a luchar contra el crimen, que su ansiedad se genera por presenciar la injusticias, por eso vuelve al ruedo como Black Terror.
El cómic revela que Sheyla, su asistente es en realidad la integrante de una organización dedicada a monitorear y detener a todo héroe, un genial giro en la trama.

Black Terror comienza con una historia introspectiva e interesante que analiza las adiciones y la ansiedad, claro está hay mucha acción y golpes a criminales departe de Black Terror.

He remembers with pain to be a super hero, these memories generate anxiety that controls with more medications, that is, he is addicted to all prescribed painkillers, however he begins to understand that his addiction comes from elsewhere.
Bob Benton discovers that he is addicted to fighting crime, that his anxiety is generated by witnessing injustices, so he returns to the ring as Black Terror.
