Si se supone que la sobriedad trae algún tipo de "serenidad", ¡Jerri Bartman ciertamente no la siente todavía! Desesperada por ayudar a su nuevo amigo hombre lobo, Jerri descubre una historia sorprendente sobre Vincent Frights y su tiempo en las trincheras de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Mientras tanto, el reloj lunar avanza a medida que un vampiro inquisitivo se vuelve cada vez más curioso sobre el nuevo presentador del programa del Conde Crowley.
TRAMA
Jerri intenta ayudar a Steven, ella esta buscando la manera de descubrir como curarlo pero el mismo tiempo teme porque es perseguida por Hubert Shagad,.
Jerri no entiende lo que diden los manuscritos prohibidos y al preguntarle a Freis, pero este vive en un estado de amargura constante, le recomienda a Jerri que si no sabe lo que dicen los manuscritos que se abstenga de continuar y que debe eliminar a Steven.
A todos estos problemas se le suman la aparicion de un hermano mayor y que Hubert Shagad llega hasta la estacion de tv para vigilarla. Jerri lucha por mantenerse sobria.
Interesante capitulo que aporta mucho a la trama central.

What does it come from?
If sobriety is supposed to bring some kind of "serenity," Jerri Bartman certainly ain't feeling it yet! Desperate to help her new werewolf friend, Jerri learns some startling history about Vincent Frights and his time in the trenches of WWII. Meanwhile, the lunar clock is ticking as an inquisitive vampire grows increasingly curious about the new host of the Count Crowley show.
PLOT
Jerri tries to help Steven, she is looking for a way to discover how to cure him but at the same time she fears because she is being persecuted by Hubert Shagad.
Jerri does not understand what the forbidden manuscripts say and when asking Freis, but Freis lives in a state of constant bitterness, he recommends to Jerri that if she does not know what the manuscripts say, that she refrain from continuing and that she should eliminate Steven.
Added to all these problems is the appearance of an older brother and the fact that Hubert Shagad arrives at the TV station to watch her. Jerri struggles to stay sober.
Interesting chapter that contributes a lot to the central plot.
