¿De qué viene?
¡ESTO ES NYX! Este no es un libro sobre X-Men. Este es un libro sobre mutantes que viven en el exilio en Nueva York y se adentran en un nuevo comienzo. Ms. MARVEL abrazando su vida mutante en las calles de neón del Lower East Side. ANOLE tratando de mantener la cabeza fuera del agua. WOLVERINE a la sombra de Bushwick, protegiendo a los suyos. PRODIGY escribiendo la historia tal como sucede, y SOPHIE CUCKOO encontrando su propio camino. Las noticias son sombrías. Las calles se sienten peligrosas. Hay algo acechando bajo tierra. El mal viene de todas direcciones. Pero están decididos a lograrlo. Esta es una comunidad mutante. Esto es orgullo mutante. Este es NYX.
Trama
Ms Marvel intenta seguir con sus estudios cuando se encuentran con Sophie Cuckoo, quien es su compañera de clases y ambas intentan seguir estudiando aun cuando son una diáspora de Krakoa y mutantes. Anole es otro mutante que quiere encajar en esta universidad, pero los mutantes son vistos como terroristas.
Prodigy es profesor de ambas y Wolverine (Laura) está vigilandolas en las sombras.
Ms Marvel se enfrenta a un ataque en el campus, es de THE KRAKOAN, quien viste un uniforme parecido al de Magneto, pero sus poderes no son magnéticos son telequinéticos, su objetivo es hacer pagar a los humanos por la destrucción de Krakoa.
The Krakoan es en realidad el mutante Hellion, quien es liderado por Empath, quien está acompañado de las hermanas malvadas de Sophie, The Stepford Cuckoos. Empath quiere traer de vuelta el consejo de Krakoa.
Con misterio y drama/comedia de adolescentes, NYX promete un balance interesante de personajes.
Arte
Está levemente inspirado en el manga, en especial en las caras, por otro lado es muy detallado y maneja las escalas muy bien.
Resumen
Ms Marvel, Sophie, Anole, Wolverine y Prodigy están cerca de una conspiración anti humanos peligrosa liderada por Empath y The Krakoan.

What does it come from?
THIS IS NYX! This isn't a book about X-Men. This is a book about mutants living past the end of their world and into a new beginning. This is MS. MARVEL embracing her mutant life in the neon streets of the Lower East Side. This is ANOLE trying to keep his head above water. This is WOLVERINE in the shadows of Bushwick, protecting her own. This is PRODIGY writing history as it happens - and SOPHIE CUCKOO finding her own way. The news reports are bleak. The streets feel dangerous. There's something lurking underground. Evil coming from every direction. But they're determined to make it. This is mutant community. This is mutant pride. This is NYX.
Plot
Ms Marvel tries to continue with her studies when they meet Sophie Cuckoo, who is her classmate and they both try to continue studying even though they are a diaspora from Krakoa and mutants. Anole is another mutant who wants to fit in at this university, but mutants are seen as terrorists.
Prodigy is their teacher and Wolverine (Laura) is watching over them in the shadows.
Ms Marvel faces an attack on the campus, she is from THE KRAKOAN, who wears a uniform similar to Magneto's, but his powers are not magnetic, they are telekinetic, his objective is to make humans pay for the destruction of Krakoa.
The Krakoan is actually the mutant Hellion, who is led by Empath, who is accompanied by Sophie's evil sisters, The Stepford Cuckoos. Empath wants to bring back the council of Krakoa.
With mystery and teen drama/comedy, NYX promises an interesting balance of characters.
Art
It is slightly inspired by the manga, especially in the faces, on the other hand it is very detailed and handles scales very well.
Summary
Ms Marvel, Sophie, Anole, Wolverine and Prodigy are close to a dangerous anti-human conspiracy led by Empath and The Krakoan.
