Trama
El General Ross despierta y es abordado por Maxim Milyukov, el líder actual de Winter Guard (es un equipo patrocinado por el gobierno Ruso, compuesto por individuos con superpoderes) y le ofrece aumentar su poder y destruir EE.UU como venganza por haberlo traicionado.
David Colton a la fuerza se ha llevado todos los misiles balísticos nucleares del planeta y los ha lanzado al sol, es un desarme mundial agresivo y sin consultar. Las Naciones Unidas están en alerta y miles de personas están en las calles protestando en contra de la existencia de seres con tantos poderes que hacen lo que les plazca. Los poderes de David Colton son de una escala inmensa y cuya magnitud es desconocida.
Aunque las intenciones de Colton son altruistas, está dejando de lado la diplomacia y los conflictos geográficos.
Wolverine se siente culpable por haberle dado el poder de la misteriosa caja (Leer WOLVERINE: WEAPONS OF ARMAGEDDON #4) y confronta a Colton acompañado de Bucky, quien traiciona a Wolverine, revelando la ubicación de más misiles nucleares escondidos en EE.UU.
Colton lanza a Wolverine desde el espacio y cae en el laboratorios de Tony Stark como un misil, porque no solo quiere desarmar al mundo, también le quita el arma de Doctor Doom que usó el General Ross, este dispositivo permite ver en el futuro dias, meses, décadas de realidades alternas basadas en una decisión, cuando Iron Man lo iba a usar para crear la estrategia para detener a Colton, pero no lo logró.
Black Panther descubre que Nick Fury fue quien eliminó a los soldados con radiación gamma de Red Hulk usando un suero misterioso, Fury revela que el volvió a fundar a S.H.I.E.L.D cuya siglas ahora son diferentes,STRATEGIC HUMAN INTELLIGENCE ENFORCEMENT AND LOGISTIC DEFENSE, algo como APLICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DE INTELIGENCIA HUMANA Y DEFENSA LOGÍSTICA, es decir, es una organización diseñada a controlar super humanos.
El cómic cierra con un ataque de misiles nucleares desde Rusia aprovechando que el país está indefenso.
Este evento sigue mezclando intriga política en el Universo Marvel, donde se está complicando la situación de una manera super interesante.
Arte
Es un arte con mucha textura que eleva los detalles a ciertos momentos de hiperrealismo, es hipnotizante.
Resumen
David Colton es ahora un gran problema para los Avengers y su solución de desarme mundial puede tener un efecto terrible.

What does it come from?

Plot
General Ross awakens and is approached by Maxim Milyukov, the current leader of Winter Guard (a Russian government-sponsored team of individuals with superpowers), who offers him the chance to increase his power and destroy the United States as revenge for Ross's betrayal.
David Colton has forcibly removed all the world's nuclear ballistic missiles and launched them into the sun—an aggressive and unilateral act of global disarmament. The United Nations is on high alert, and thousands of people are protesting in the streets against the existence of beings with such immense power who do as they please. David Colton's powers are of an immense scale, the full extent of which is unknown.
Although Colton's intentions are altruistic, he is disregarding diplomacy and geographical conflicts.
Wolverine feels guilty for having given Colton the power of the mysterious box (Read WOLVERINE: WEAPONS OF ARMAGEDDON #4) and confronts him, accompanied by Bucky, who betrays Wolverine by revealing the location of more nuclear missiles hidden in the U.S.
Colton launches Wolverine from space, and he lands in Tony Stark's lab like a missile. Colton not only wants to disarm the world, but he also steals the Doctor Doom weapon that General Ross used. This device allows one to see into the future—days, months, decades—of alternate realities based on a single decision. Iron Man was going to use it to devise a strategy to stop Colton, but he failed.
Black Panther discovers that Nick Fury was the one who eliminated Red Hulk's soldiers with gamma radiation using a mysterious serum. Fury reveals that he has re-established S.H.I.E.L.D., whose acronym now stands for Strategic Human Intelligence Enforcement and Logistic Defense—an organization designed to control superhumans.
The comic closes with a nuclear missile attack from Russia, taking advantage of the country's defenselessness.
This event continues to weave political intrigue into the Marvel Universe, where the situation is becoming increasingly complex.
