¿De qué viene?

El proyecto DAREDEVIL de la década llega a su épico final. Mientras Nueva York se oscurece, ¿quién apoyará a Daredevil? ¿Lo harás tú?

Trama

Bullseye libera a un Punisher prácticamente paralítico y se prepara para s ataque final, para lo que toma un líquido desconocido y porta de nuevo su uniforme.

Punisher se sube a un exoesqueleto que tenía Bullseye guardado, con el cual logra liberar a Tyra y elimina a todos, todo esto forma parte del plan retorcido de Bullseye.

Daredevil llega a donde Bullseye está haciendo una transmisión en vivo y ambos empiezan a pelear como en los viejos tiempos. Bullseye tiene cientos de agujas en su piel que le hace mejorar su pulso y puntería. Punisher llega y casi asesina a Bullseye, Matt lo detiene como en los viejos tiempos.

El plan de Bullseye es reunir a miles de personas alrededor de esta pelea sea con Punisher o con Daredevil, para accionar una bomba llena de la sustancia radiactiva que le dio los poderes a Daredevil. Bullseye quiere que regresen los superhéroes y villanos.

Daredevil care mortalmente herido y le pide a Tyra que use sus poderes para contrarrestar la nube de gas tóxico....y así finalmente fallece Daredevil viendo el origen de una nueva generación de superhéroes.

Espectacular cierre de una saga que reimagina este futuro distopico donde las deudas no saldadas de un psicópata se convierte en un peligro para la ciudad. Nunca Daredevil se enfrenta a una amenaza más letal de su vida.

Plot

Bullseye frees a nearly paralyzed Punisher and prepares for his final attack, for which he drinks an unknown liquid and puts his uniform back on.

The Punisher climbs into an exoskeleton Bullseye had stored, with which he manages to free Tyra and eliminate everyone, all part of Bullseye's twisted plan.

Daredevil arrives where Bullseye is doing a live broadcast, and the two begin to fight like old times. Bullseye has hundreds of needles in his skin, which improves his pulse and aim. The Punisher arrives and nearly kills Bullseye; Matt stops him like old times.

Bullseye's plan is to gather thousands of people around this fight, either with the Punisher or Daredevil, to activate a bomb filled with the radioactive substance that gave Daredevil his powers. Bullseye wants the return of superheroes and villains.

Daredevil is mortally wounded and asks Tyra to use her powers to counteract the toxic gas cloud... and so Daredevil finally dies, witnessing the birth of a new generation of superheroes.

A spectacular conclusion to a saga that reimagines this dystopian future where a psychopath's unpaid debts become a danger to the city. Daredevil never faces a more lethal threat.

Art

It's mind-blowing, achieving dizzying sequences and dramatic body language. Steve McNiven uses his germ texture technique that highlights all those mesmerizing details and captures Frank Miller's artistic tone and injects it with his own signature.

This installment is more visually raw, gory, and intense.

Summary

Daredevil must stop Bullseye's evil plan once again, and he'll need all the help he can get.

A stunning conclusion to a mind-blowing and brilliantly narrated saga.

Trama

Los poderes de Daredevil están empezando a desvanecerse, la dosis de radiación le dio a Matt un tiempo limitado y desconocido para seguir siendo el Hombre sin Miedo.

La niña que salvó Steve Rogers, se llama Tyra, tiene super poderes, debido al estrés ella libera una explosión de energía que hace que sea ubicado con facilidad por el equipo de mercenarios de Bullseye, llamado TRIPLE KING. 

Matt se topa con Elektra, quien es joven, tal cual como Matt la recuerda, igual de cruel y elimina a parte del equipo de Triple King, solo escapa uno que Daredevil salva. Elektra aparece para ofrecer a Daredevil la oportunidad de ser joven de nuevo y vivir para siempre con ella....esto suena a THE HAND.

Daredevil contacta a su antiguo socio y gran amigo Foggy Nelson y le entrega el diario de Steve Rogers para que averigüe qué significa NEW WARRIORS. Este proyecto consiste en crear nuevo superhumanos con radiación gamma, suero del supersoldado, etc. y Tyra es uno de esos experimentos.

El plan de Bullseye al parecer es hacer explotar un depósito debajo de la ciudad lleno de la sustancia radiactiva que hizo que Matt tuviese sus poderes.

Este cómic es una obra maestra de la narrativa que reimagina el futuro de este importante personaje, captando su esencia y trayéndolo de vuelta en su peor momento. En el mejor tributo a un clásico como The Dark Knight Returns pero con su propia visión, es una obra maestra de culto instantánea.

What does it come from?

THE DAREDEVIL HAS RETURNED! The city is in danger, and a Man Without Fear is once again swinging through the air. He will soon discover that he should have been afraid.

Plot

Daredevil's powers are beginning to fade; the radiation dose gave Matt a limited and unknown amount of time to remain the Man Without Fear.

The girl Steve Rogers saved, named Tyra, has superpowers. Due to the stress, she releases an energy blast that allows him to be easily located by Bullseye's team of mercenaries, called TRIPLE KING.

Matt runs into Elektra, who is young, just as Matt remembers her, just as cruel, and eliminates part of Triple King's team; only one escapes, whom Daredevil saves. Elektra appears to offer Daredevil the chance to be young again and live forever with her...this sounds like THE HAND.

Daredevil contacts his old partner and close friend Foggy Nelson and gives him Steve Rogers' journal so he can find out what NEW WARRIORS means. This project involves creating new superhumans with gamma radiation, super-soldier serum, etc. And Tyra is one of those experiments.

Bullseye's plan is apparently to explode a warehouse beneath the city filled with the radioactive substance that gave Matt his powers.

This comic is a masterpiece of storytelling that reimagines the future of this important character, capturing his essence and bringing him back at his worst. In the best tribute to a classic like The Dark Knight Returns but with his own vision, it's an instant cult masterpiece.

Tras una serie de terribles acontecimientos, el mundo está en ruinas. Matt Murdock es viejo y sus poderes se han desvanecido por completo. Sin embargo, Matt no se quedará de brazos cruzados viendo sufrir a sus compatriotas neoyorquinos, así que en lugar de recorrer la ciudad con su bastón, reparte sopa en un centro de alimentos para pobres. Pero cuando un misterioso anciano arrugado interrumpe un convoy secreto provocando una explosión, un gas mortal invade HELL'S KITCHEN y esta historia da un giro que cambiará tu perspectiva sobre el Hombre Sin Miedo.

Trama

Este comic nos transporta a un futuro donde Nueva York es una ciudad en ruinas, sus puentes están destruidos y hay mucha miseria, Matt Murdock como buen católico desea hacer un cambio y tiene un refugio para indigentes con comida caliente todos los días y unas camas en donde pasar la noche. Este lugar queda en Hell's Kitchen y se llama Battle Jack's House.

Matt Murdock es un anciano y ya no tiene sus poderes, por lo que es una persona ciega muy frágil.

Luego de ofrecer la comida, una explosión ocurre en el metro y libera un gas que es radiactivo y hace que los poderes de Matt regresen. Rápidamente empieza a ubicar a los heridos y se consigue con Capitán América herido, sosteniendo los escombros para salvar a una niña. Por ella unos mercenarios accionaron la bomba, la quieren, Daredevil la rescata pero Cap no lo logra.

Daredevil intenta perseguir a los mercenarios pero su cuerpo aunque sigue siendo hábil, sus huesos no son tan poderosos y se les escapan, pero tiene muy clara su esencia.

Los mercenarios le entregan a su jefe el escudo de Capitán América como premio, este personaje está arrugado y tiene problemas para mantener su pulso, para eso se atraviesa sus manos con agujas. Con alegría celebra con el escudo y se lo muestra a Frank Castle, que está amarrado en la pared con sus brazos y manos amputadas, en un estado febril. Todo apunta que este terrible ser es....BULLSEYE, quien identifica que Daredevil regreso.

Este cómic es una obra maestra de la narrativa que reimagina el futuro de este importante personaje, captando su esencia y trayéndolo de vuelta en su peor momento. En el mejor tributo a un clásico como The Dark Knight Returns pero con su propia vision, en otras palabras esto es una obra maestra de culto instantánea.

Arte

Es alucinante donde logra secuencias vertiginosas y un lenguaje corporal dramático con la impronta unica de Steve Mcniven, con ese textura de germen que destaca todos esos detalles hipnotizantes.

Resumen

Matt sin poderes y retirado como Daredevil intenta ayudar a un mundo en ruinas, afectado por una catástrofe apocalíptica en un futuro desalentador, pero cuando sus poderes despiertan, debe ser de nuevo el Hombre Sin Miedo.

Al final del cómic incluye el proceso creativo de Charles Soule y Steve Mcniven detallado de varias páginas de este comics, en definitiva es de lectura obligatoria.

HELL GONE COLD!

After a horrific series of events, the world is in shambles. Matt Murdock is old, and his powers have faded to nothing. Matt will not, however, sit by and watch his fellow New Yorkers suffer, so instead of swinging around the city from his billy club line, he slings soup at a food center for the poor. But when a mysterious wrinkly old man interrupts a secret convoy causing an explosion, a deadly gas fills Hell's Kitchen and this tale takes a turn that will change how you look at the Man Without Fear.

Plot

This comic takes us to a future where New York is a city in ruins, its bridges destroyed, and there is much misery. Matt Murdock, being a good Catholic, wants to make a change and runs a homeless shelter with hot meals every day and beds to spend the night. This place is located in Hell's Kitchen and is called Battle Jack's House.

Matt Murdock is an old man and no longer has his powers, making him a very fragile, blind person.

After offering food, an explosion occurs in the subway, releasing radioactive gas that causes Matt's powers to return. He quickly begins to locate the wounded and finds a wounded Captain America, holding onto the rubble to save a little girl. For her, some mercenaries detonated the bomb. They want her. Daredevil rescues her, but Cap is unable to.

Daredevil tries to pursue the mercenaries, but his body, although still agile, his bones are not as powerful, and they escape from them, but he is very clear about his essence.

The mercenaries give their boss Captain America's shield as a reward. This character is wrinkled and struggling to maintain his pulse, so he stabs his hands with needles. He joyfully celebrates with the shield and shows it to Frank Castle, who is tied to the wall with his arms and hands severed, in a feverish state. Everything points to this terrible being being... BULLSEYE, who identifies that Daredevil has returned.

This comic is a masterpiece of storytelling that reimagines the future of this important character, capturing his essence and bringing him back at his worst. It's the best tribute to a classic like The Dark Knight Returns, but with his own vision. In other words, this is an instant cult masterpiece.

Summary

The end of the comic includes Charles Soule and Steve McNiven's detailed creative process, spanning several pages. It's definitely a must-read.

I'm really proud of all the work I've done with Steve, but this one really stands out.”

Cebulski en la Comic Con de Nueva York, el editor en jefe de Marvel Comics se unió al artista superventas Steve McNiven (Civil War) y al autor superventas del New York Times Charles Soule (Star Wars) para revelar una nueva serie limitada épica de Daredevil que se lanzará el próximo año: DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL.

DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL marcará el primer trabajo importante de McNiven en Marvel Comics en casi una década. Junto a él se encuentra un personaje que no es ajeno a Hell's Kitchen: Charles Soule, que tuvo una carrera clásica en Daredevil en 2015. Tras su aclamado trabajo conjunto en Death of Wolverine, este equipo creativo de superestrellas se reúne para una visión audaz de Daredevil con el mismo espíritu que lo que McNiven hizo con Old Man Logan. Ambientada en un futuro del Universo Marvel al borde del colapso, la serie presenta una versión canosa y mayor de Matt Murdock.

SINOPSIS

Años después, un Matt Murdock sin poderes ya no es Daredevil, ¡pero sigue siendo el Hombre sin Miedo! Haciendo todo lo posible para ayudar a los necesitados en una ciudad destruida sin posibilidad de reparación, finalmente podrá llevar la lucha a donde más importa cuando algo catastrófico sucede y hace que sus poderes regresen milagrosamente. “Sé que cualquier idea que escriba será ejecutada magistralmente por Steve, y ese nivel de confianza te permite tomar muchos riesgos”, dijo Soule. “Ha sido un proceso realmente interesante porque la forma en que lo hicimos es algo que no haría con un artista con el que no tuviera este nivel de colaboración y confianza. MARVEL COMICS ANNOUNCES DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL SERIES AT NEW YORK COMIC CON!

Charles Soule and Steve McNiven’s dark future epic, DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL, begins in April.

 

New York, NY— October 19, 2024 — Just now at the Marvel Fanfare with C.B. Cebulski Panel at New York Comic Con, the Marvel Comics Editor in Chief was joined by best-selling artist Steve McNiven (Civil War) and New York Times best-selling author Charles Soule (Star Wars) to reveal an epic new Daredevil limited series launching next year: DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL.

 

DAREDEVIL: COLD DAY IN HELL will mark McNiven’s first major Marvel Comics work in nearly a decade. Joining him is no stranger to Hell’s Kitchen—Charles Soule, who had a classic run on Daredevil in 2015. Following their acclaimed work together on Death of Wolverine, this superstar creative team reunite for a bold vision of Daredevil in the same spirit as what McNiven did with Old Man Logan. Set in a Marvel Universe future on the brink of collapse, the series introduces a grizzled, older version of Matt Murdock.

 

Years into the future, a powerless Matt Murdock is no longer Daredevil, but he’s still the Man Without Fear! Doing whatever he can to help those in need in a city broken beyond repair, he’ll finally be able take the fight to where it matters most when something catastrophic happens causing his powers to miraculously return. With no one by his side, Daredevil has little chance against the evil permeating every corner until Captain America entrusts him with a mission to safeguard the world’s only hope…

 

“I know whatever idea I write is going to be executed masterfully by Steve, and that level of trust allows you to take a lot of risks,” Soule said. “It’s been a really interesting process because the way we made it is something I wouldn’t do with an artist that I didn’t have this level of collaboration and trust with. We’ve been working on this book for four years, and that time has been well spent.”

 

“I started out by going why are not more people learning from Frank [Miller] and the storytelling he does,” McNiven said. “I was inspired by his work on Dark Knight Returns. To a certain degree, the structure of a 16 panel grid forces you to do different storytelling techniques.”
