Trama

Plot
This third volume shows Edison being mercilessly attacked from every possible angle: economic, social, and familial. For the first time, we are presented with a completely failed and vulnerable Edison Crane, whose senses are clouded and he can't see the true threat..

Millar's creativity overflows on every page, where Edison and his brilliant brother Elijah must team up despite their differences and discover what their father was doing, while also stopping a seemingly omnipresent enemy. All of this occurs in parallel with action sequences that will leave you breathless.

The main message of paternal redemption is embellished with shocking twists, interesting scientific theories mixed with myths, conspiracies, and plenty of science fiction.

RESEÑA EN ESPAÑOL/INGLÉS DE "PRODIGY SLAVE OF MARS #5 DE 5" INCLUYE ADELANTO Y SPOILERS

¿De qué viene?

Final con el doble de páginas en el que Edison Crane y su hermano mayor, más inteligente, descubren quién asesinó a su padre, el programa secreto de esclavitud en Marte que duró décadas y el terrible destino de la raza humana al que nos enfrentamos todos antes de lo que pensamos. ¡Esto es una SORPRESA!

• Serie de cinco números.

Trama
Edison y Elijah, no se están enfrentando a su padre Whitney, es en realidad la inteligencia artificial que creó llamada Kelvin, que por más de veinte años tomó control del cuerpo de Whitney.

Kelvin tomó el trabajo del padre de Edison y Elijah para localizar a la civilización avanzada que creo estos portales y vivió en Marte, con el fin de ofrecerles un negocio, les ofrece la raza humana como pago para que le den una mega actualización. Para venderles a los humanos como una civilización interesante, usó a Edison y Elijah como ejemplo, haciéndoles pasar por muchas pruebas para que los extraterrestres vieran el verdadero potencial de la humanidad.

Edison logra bloquear a Kevin poniéndolo a resolver una paradoja filosófica, en ese momento Whitney regresa y entre los tres intentan vencer a Kevin, es cuando llega una nave extraterrestre, que se lleva a Kevin, porque al final resultó ser la inteligencia superior que ellos buscan, simplemente porque Kevin con su ego inflado venció a los hermanos Crane, que estaba un paso adelante co  la capacidad de controlar el mundo si así lo quisiera. Whitney fallece sabiendo que inventó el artefacto más cotizado de la galaxia y que pudo ver a sus hijos juntos trabajando en equipo.

Whitney dejó en su testamento que Elijah dejará su mundo de nómada y drogadicto para dedicarse al proyecto de Marte, que promete un futuro hogar para la humanidad. Edison seguirá en el planeta Tierra con sus proyectos personales y recibió una moneda de plata de Whitney con la cual crear una fortuna instantánea.

Este cómic cierra por todo lo alto este nuevo volumen, sin dejar ningún cabo suelto y presentando una explicación lógica y de gran escala que siempre estuvo en las sombras. Este volumen muestra a Edison en una posición vulnerable de donde logra vencer ante todos los obstáculos con un rotundo mensaje sobre la redención como padres.

Un momento cumbre es que Whitney revela en su testamento que llenó al mundo de hijos bastardos con el objetivo de hacer a la humanidad más inteligente, de nuevo Mark Millar sorprende con un final redondo que nos deja con ganas de más.

Resumen

Impactante final que los dejará analizando por horas el trasfondo de esta brillante historia y todas sus teorías llenas de misterio y ciencia ficción.
Este volumen tiene un cierre épico e increíblemente satisfactorio

Where does it comes from?
Double-sized finale as Edison Crane and his older, smarter brother discover who murdered their father, the decades long secret slave program on Mars and the terrible fate of the human race we're all facing sooner than we think. This is a SHOCKER!

• Five issue series.

Plot
Edison and Elijah are not facing their father Whitney, it is actually the artificial intelligence he created called Kelvin, who for more than twenty years took control of Whitney's body.

Kelvin took the job of Edison and Elijah's father to locate the advanced civilization that created these portals and lived on Mars, in order to offer them a business, he offers them the human race as payment to give him a mega upgrade. To sell them to humans as an interesting civilization, he used Edison and Elijah as an example, making them go through many tests so that the aliens would see the true potential of humanity.

Edison manages to block Kevin by making him solve a philosophical paradox, at that moment Whitney returns and the three of them try to defeat Kevin, that is when an alien ship arrives, which takes Kevin, because in the end it turned out to be the superior intelligence they are looking for, simply because Kevin with his inflated ego defeated the Crane brothers, who were one step ahead with the ability to control the world if he wanted to. Whitney dies knowing that he invented the most sought-after artifact in the galaxy and that he was able to see his children working together as a team.

Whitney left in his will that Elijah will leave his world as a nomad and drug addict to dedicate himself to the Mars project, which promises a future home for humanity. Edison will remain on planet Earth with his personal projects and received a silver coin from Whitney with which to create an instant fortune.

This comic closes this new volume on a high note, leaving no loose ends and presenting a logical and large-scale explanation that was always in the shadows. This volume shows Edison in a vulnerable position from which he manages to overcome all obstacles with a resounding message about redemption as parents.

A high point is that Whitney reveals in his will that he filled the world with illegitimate children with the aim of making humanity smarter, again Mark Millar surprises with a rounded ending that leaves us wanting more.

Summary
Edison and Elijah finally meet the person responsible for all these lethal tests they have been subjected to, who takes the form of their father Whitney.
A shocking ending that will leave you analyzing for hours the background of this brilliant story and all its theories full of mystery and science fiction.
This volume has an epic and incredibly satisfying conclusion.

¿De qué viene?

¿Por qué el hermano mayor e inteligente de Edison Crane se fue de casa y abandonó la escuela cuando tenía todo por lo que vivir? ¿Qué lo llevó a convertirse en un drogadicto sin hogar que literalmente despreciaba a su padre? ¿Y qué lo vincula todo con el planeta Marte?

• Serie de cinco números.

Trama
Edison y Elijah, van hasta el museo de EDISON CRANE, donde hay un  vehículo que los puede llevar a la misteriosa base oculta en la India del padre de ambos. El mapa que les había dejado en realidad es la ubicación de diferentes puntos en el planeta que sirven como portales a otros mundos desde la era de los faraones.

En esta base consiguen una serie de antenas parabólicas y un ejército de soldados controlados por las misteriosas mariposas, Elijah logra desactivar el control mental y llegan a un portal que los lleva  a una base intermedia que luego los lleva al planeta Marte, donde el padre de ambos había creado un asentamiento, pero el oxígeno no es aún respirable.

Entre Edison y Elijah está creciendo una camaradería fraternal hermosa y divertida.

En este lugar se consiguen al responsable de toda esta locura y búsqueda...el padre a ambos...impactante giro en la trama.

Millar nos sacude con una historia llena de giros impactantes e interesante teorías científicas mezcladas con mitos y conspiraciones, que todo sirve de adorno en una historia sobre la redención paterna.

Resumen

Where does it comes from?
Why did Edison Crane's older, smarter brother leave home and drop out when he had everything to live for? What made him become a homeless drug addict who literally despised his father? And what ties it all to the planet Mars?

Plot
Edison and Elijah go to the EDISON CRANE museum, where there is a vehicle that can take them to the mysterious hidden base in India of their father. The map he had left them is actually the location of different points on the planet that serve as portals to other worlds since the era of the pharaohs.

At this base they get a series of satellite dishes and an army of soldiers controlled by the mysterious butterflies, Elijah manages to deactivate the mind control and they reach a portal that takes them to an intermediate base that then takes them to the planet Mars, where their father had created a settlement, but the oxygen is not yet breathable.

Between Edison and Elijah a beautiful and fun fraternal camaraderie is growing.

At this place they find the person responsible for all this madness and search...the father of both...shocking plot twist!

Millar shakes us up with a story full of shocking twists and interesting scientific theories mixed with myths and conspiracies, all of which serve as decoration in a moving story about paternal redemption.

RESEÑA EN ESPAÑOL/INGLÉS DE "PRODIGY SLAVE OF MARS #3 DE 5" INCLUYE ADELANTO Y SPOILERS

¿De qué viene?

Edison Crane y su hermano mayor, más inteligente, se unen para descubrir quién asesinó a su padre en un viaje que los lleva a una colonia secreta en la superficie de Marte y a una pelea inolvidable en la cena de la Asociación de Prensa de la Casa Blanca. ¡No te lo pierdas!

• Serie de cinco números

Trama
Edison y Elijah, se preparan para otro ataque de Froth Schroeder, que saben que está relacionado con el proyecto secreto en el que trabajaba el padre de ambos en Marte, solo tienen un papel con puntos que representan la Constelación Cygnus.

Pero Froth les envía un gato controlado por sus mariposas y les advierte que deben detener el lanzamiento de misiles nucleares que el mismo obligó al presidente de EE.UU a lanzar usando sus mariposas. Edison y Elijah hacen van al hotel donde está el presidente con todo lo que tienen, pero no logran detener el lanzamiento, en este momento Froth aparece para decirles que él no está detrás de todo, que es un nombre ficticio, es CHEF DE PEDIDOS CORTOS al revés y se vuela los sesos, quién está controlando todo esto es aún un misterio.

Edison logra destruir los misiles antes de que lleguen a China, pero son interceptados por el servicio secreto y ambos se lanzan por la ventana hasta un lago.

Millar sigue con su creatividad desatada en esta nueva entrega donde el misterio de la muerte del padre de ambos siguen creciendo y teniendo ramificaciones de otro mundo.

Edison Crane and his older, smarter brother team up to find out who murdered their father in a journey that takes them to a secret colony on the surface of Mars and a never-to-be-forgotten fight at the White House Press Association Dinner. Don't miss!

• Five issue series

Plot
Edison and Elijah prepare for another attack by Froth Schroeder, who they know is related to the secret project their father was working on on Mars. They only have a piece of paper with dots representing the Cygnus Constellation.

But Froth sends them a cat controlled by his butterflies and warns them that they must stop the launch of nuclear missiles that he forced the US president to launch using his butterflies. Edison and Elijah go to the hotel where the president is with everything they have, but they fail to stop the launch. At this moment, Froth appears to tell them that he is not behind everything, that it is a fictitious name, it is SHORT ORDER CHEF backwards and he blows his brains out. Who is controlling all this is still a mystery.

Edison manages to destroy the missiles before they reach China, but they are intercepted by the secret service and both jump out the window into a lake.

Millar continues his creativity in this new installment where the mystery of the death of their father continues to grow and have otherworldly ramifications.
