Durante su histórica carrera de décadas en Marvel Comics, Todd Nauck ha dibujado a casi todos los íconos de Marvel que existen. ¡Ahora, los fanáticos pueden ver las increíbles versiones de Nauck de los héroes y villanos de Marvel en nuevas PORTADAS VARIANTES ICÓNICAS!

A partir de enero, esta próxima serie de portadas aparecerá en varios lanzamientos de Marvel Comic a lo largo de 2025. Las portadas de Nauck están inspiradas en la clásica portada de Amazing Spider-Man #301 de Todd McFarlane. Estas piezas atemporales, que muestran imágenes de cuerpo entero de Iron Man, Hulk, Daredevil, Phoenix y más, están llenas de energía y seguramente se convertirán en las imágenes favoritas de los fanáticos en los próximos años.

“Esta serie de portadas surgió después de que hice una portada variante para minoristas en homenaje a Amazing Spider-Man #301 Todd McFarlane para Miles Morales: Spider-Man #25”, explicó Nauck. “Marvel me contactó para hacer esta serie icónica. De manera similar a esa portada, tendríamos un personaje sobre un fondo blanco y el elemento circular detrás de ellos. Sin embargo, en lugar de homenajear a cada personaje en la pose clásica de Spider-Man de McFarlane, me invitaron a crear una nueva pose icónica para cada personaje en función de su tipo de cuerpo, conjunto de poderes y personalidad. Realmente disfruté profundizando en cada personaje y creando algo genial para cada una de sus portadas”.

TODD NAUCK DELIVERS INSTANT CLASSIC IMAGES OF MARVEL HEROES IN NEW ICONIC VARIANT COVERS!

Todd Nauck’s Iconic Covers, a new variant program running throughout 2025, kicks off in January.

 

New York, NY— October 29, 2024 — During his storied, decades-long career at Marvel Comics, Todd Nauck has drawn nearly every Marvel icon there is! Now, fans can see Nauck’s incredible takes on Marvel heroes and villains in new ICONIC VARIANT COVERS!

 

Beginning in January, this upcoming cover series will be featured on various Marvel Comic releases throughout 2025. Nauck’s covers are inspired by Todd McFarlane’s classic Amazing Spider-Man #301 cover. Showcasing full body shots of Iron Man, Hulk, Daredevil, Phoenix, and more, these timeless pieces are bursting with energy and are sure to become fan-favorite images in the years to come! 

 

“This cover series came about after I did an Amazing Spider-Man #301 Todd McFarlane homage retailer variant cover for Miles Morales: Spider-Man #25,” Nauck explained. “Marvel then approached me about doing this Iconic series. Similar to that cover, we’d have a character on a white background and the circle element behind them. However, rather than homaging each character in McFarlane’s classic Spider-Man pose, I was invited to come up with a new iconic pose for each character based on their body type, power set, and personality. I have really enjoyed delving into each character and coming up with something cool for each of their covers.”

New York, NY— October 3, 2023 — This January, Spider-Verse superstar Miguel O’Hara is back with a monster of a new mission in MIGUEL O'HARA - SPIDER-MAN 2099! Announced last month, this five-issue weekly limited series features writer’s Steve Orlando return to the character and the fan-favorite 2099 timeline age following his work on Spider-Man 2099: Exodus and Spider-Man 2099: Dark Genesis. Joined by an all-star lineup of artists, Orlando will pit Miguel against new 2099 takes on classic horror icons including Marvel zombies, Dracula, Werewolf by Night, Terror, and Man-Thing.
