¡SE TERMINÓ EL HECHICERO SUPREMO!
El Doctor Doom engañó al Doctor Strange para que renunciara al título de Hechicero Supremo. Ahora Doom gobierna el mundo y Stephen Strange está... experimentando una pequeña crisis de identidad. En busca de un propósito, y tal vez venganza, viaja a Asgard para ver si el reino de Thor podría estar buscando un Hechicero Supremo propio. Loki está dispuesto a ayudar, pero esa ayuda viene con una trampa perversa, y Strange rápidamente se da cuenta de que convertirse en la máxima autoridad mágica de Asgard será más complicado de lo que pensaba.
Trama
Stephen Strange le pide a Thor que le permita ser el nuevo hechicero Supremo de Asgard porque es la manera que el tiene para poder recuperar su manto a manos de Doctor Doom.
Thor acepta pero primero o envia con la hechicera Hulda, para que ella apruebe eso, ya que Asgard nunca ha tenido un hechicero Supremo, siempre se había defendido con sus magos llamados Skalds, pero no nunguno ahora. Aparte con Loki desaparecido hace falta alguien que controla su magia.
Stephen hace su travesía a pie por Asgard para conocer a la gente y tratar de entender una nueva idiossincrasias milenaria,hasta logra salvar a Holt.
Stephen es llevado con Hulda y ella le pide que le devuelva una rama del Yggdrasil. Ella no está muy de acuerdo con esta propuesta de Strange y le dice que hay una brecha entra la magia de Midgard y la de Asgard que no conoce porque no es Asgardiano.
Loki aparece de la nada con la solución, que Strange ejecute el encantamiento AHKRYNON, que le permite adquirir un entendimiento profundo de otra dimensión.
Hulda acepta la idea, si Doctor Strange lo logra, le dará ese puesto...pero de repente Loki apuñala a Hulda y ella muere, antes de irse Loki dice que no fue el que le ayude...así de impactante cierra esta primera entrega.
La premisa de este comic es genial, Doctor Strange quiere recuperar su manto que fue vilmente despojado con engaños y busca una solución alterna interesante, ser el máximo hechicero de un mundo donde casi todos manejan la magia y son seres casi inmortales.
Arte
Carlos Magno ofrece un arte increíblemente detallado con una textura lúgubre que se le ve en todas las magníficas secuencias de acción, jugando con las sombras ofrece una atmósfera de fantasía hipnotizante.
Resumen
Doctor Strange quiere recuperar su manto y le pide a Thor un favor importante, que se convierte en un desafío complejo para este experimentado hechicero.
Magnífico inicio de una nueva saga con una premisa original.

What does it come from?
SORCERER SUPREME NO MORE! Doctor Doom tricked Doctor Strange into surrendering the title of Sorcerer Supreme. Now Doom is ruling the world, and Stephen Strange is…experiencing a bit of an identity crisis. Searching for purpose - and maybe revenge - he travels to Asgard to see if Thor's kingdom might be looking for a Sorcerer Supreme of its own. Loki's willing to help, but that help comes with a wicked catch, and Strange quickly realizes that becoming Asgard's top magical authority is going to be more complicated than he thought. Derek Landy (INFINITY WATCH) joins Carlos Magno (CAPTAIN AMERICA) to send Doctor Strange in a fantastical and ambitious new direction!
Plot
Stephen Strange asks Thor to allow him to be the new Supreme Sorcerer of Asgard because it is the way he has to be able to recover his mantle from Doctor Doom.
Thor accepts but first he sends her with the sorceress Hulda, so that she approves it, since Asgard has never had a Supreme Sorcerer, it had always defended itself with its magicians called Skalds, but not any now. Besides, with Loki missing, someone who controls his magic is needed.
Stephen makes his journey on foot through Asgard to meet the people and try to understand a new millenary idiosyncrasy, he even manages to save Holt.
Stephen is taken to Hulda and she asks him to return a branch of Yggdrasil. She does not agree with Strange's proposal and tells him that there is a gap between the magic of Midgard and that of Asgard that she does not know because she is not Asgardian.
Loki appears out of nowhere with the solution, that Strange executes the AHKRYNON spell, which allows him to acquire a deep understanding of another dimension.
Hulda accepts the idea, if Doctor Strange succeeds, she will give him that position... but suddenly Loki stabs Hulda and she dies, before leaving Loki says that he was not the one who helped her... that is how shocking this first installment ends.
The premise of this comic is great, Doctor Strange wants to recover his mantle that was vilely stripped away with deception and seeks an interesting alternative solution, to be the greatest sorcerer of a world where almost everyone handles magic and is almost immortal beings.
Art
Charles the Great offers incredibly detailed art with a gloomy texture that is seen in all the magnificent action sequences, playing with the shadows offers a mesmerizing fantasy atmosphere.
Summary
Doctor Strange wants to recover his mantle and asks Thor for an important favor, which becomes a complex challenge for this experienced sorcerer.
Magnificent start to a new saga with an original premise.
