Trama
Shang-Chi intenta llevar una vida normal a pesar de ser el nuevo líder de la terrible organización criminal Five Weapons Society (leer la saga anterior de Shang-Chi), por lo que debe trabajar el doble por hacer de este grupo honorable y desvincularse de cualquier actividad criminal, pero es difícil cambiar una manera de pensar de golpe en especial cuando existen integrantes que se niegan.
Pero no cuenta con el ímpetu de sus integrantes como su hermana Esme (Sister Dagger) y Spider-man.
Este cómic muestra que Shang-Chi será juzgado por su nuevo cargo sin importar todas las buenas acciones que ha hecho toda su vida de héroe.
La narración de esta primera parte es dinámica, inteligente y los intercambios de mensajes de texto entre Shang-Chi y Esme son hilarantes.
Arte
Todas las batallas y secuencias de pelea que desafían la gravedad con el arte necesario para contar esta historia correctamente, Dike Ruan sigue asombrando con este personaje y con nuevos que se irán sumando a la historia.

Shang-Chi and his family are back! And this time, they're colliding head-to-head with the Marvel Universe's biggest heroes! Shang-Chi has finally taken his place as the leader of the Five Weapons Society. But using an evil secret organization as a force for good won't be easy. And it's about to get a lot harder when Shang-Chi's fellow super heroes, like the Amazing Spider-Man, start to see him as the bad guy! Gene Luen Yang and Dike Ruan return to bring you the next chapter of this Marvel legend!
Plot
Shang-Chi tries to lead a normal life despite being the new leader of the terrible Five Weapons Society criminal organization (read the previous Shang-Chi saga by the same creative team), so he must work twice as hard to make this group honorable and disassociate himself from any criminal activity, but it is difficult to change your mind at once, especially when there are members who refuse.
But he doesn't have the momentum of his members like his sister Esme (Sister Dagger) and Spider-man.
This comic shows that Shang-Chi will be judged for his new charge regardless of all the good deeds he has done all his life as a hero.
The narration in this first part is dynamic, clever, and the text message exchanges between Shang-Chi and Esme are hilarious.
Art
All of the gravity-defying battles and fight sequences with the artistry needed to tell this story correctly, Dike Ruan continues to amaze with this character and with new ones that will be added to the story.

Shang-Chi must convince everyone of his intentions to change the criminal course of the Five Weapons Society.
