¿De qué viene?
Pranky, el niño explorador más peligroso del mundo, ha sido el némesis del Mr. X-Ray desde que el vendedor ambulante de novedades llegó a Hyde Street. Trama
Pranky se puso la máscara que se robo de la oficina de Mr. X-Ray y se convirtió en un hombre lobo, el llega de nuevo a la oficina de X-Ray pidiendo que le ayude.
Mr. X-ray le va a ayudar pero con la condición de que le deje recolectar sus almas tranquilo. Ambos se van con el Doctor Ego, un horrible residente de Hyde Street que tortura a las personas antes de quitarles su alma mediante operaciones dolorosas sin anestesia.
Doctor Ego no le logra quitar la máscara, pero le quita los lentes a Mr. X-ray y se lo pone a Pranky, quien de repente viaja en su mente al pasado y ve cómo su madre embarazada llega a un cuartel de soldados. Los artefactos de Mr. X-ray revelan partes de tu ser y te las muestran, Pranky se puso la máscara y se volvió en el monstruo que es y luego se puso los lentes y ahora va a tener revelaciones impactantes.
Por otro lado Sisterhood le pide ayuda a Monster Matinee porque algo terrible está por ocurrir en Hyde Street y el responsable es The Butcher of Hyde Street

What does it come from?
Pranky—the world’s most dangerous kid scout—has been Mr. X-Ray’s nemesis since the novelty huckster arrived on Hyde Street. But for the first time, Pranky needs X-Ray’s help. The solution, however, lies in the hands of someone even more unsettling: Doctor Ego. Can the two sworn enemies survive a visit to Hyde Street’s most unnerving practitioner…and each other?
Plot
Pranky puts on the mask he stole from Mr. X-Ray's office and turns into a werewolf. He returns to X-Ray's office, asking for help.
Mr. X-Ray helps him, but only on the condition that he lets him collect his souls. They both leave with Doctor Ego, a horrible resident of Hyde Street who tortures people before removing their souls through painful operations without anesthesia.
Doctor Ego fails to remove the mask, but he takes Mr. X-Ray's glasses and puts them on Pranky, who suddenly travels back in time and sees his pregnant mother arrive at a military barracks. Mr. X-Ray's artifacts reveal parts of your being and show them to you. Pranky put on the mask and turned into the monster he is. Then he put on the glasses, and now he's about to have shocking revelations.
Meanwhile, Sisterhood asks Monster Matinee for help because something terrible is about to happen on Hyde Street, and the Butcher of Hyde Street is responsible.
The residents' shocking revelations begin.
Art
It offers a retro aesthetic and the same gloomy effect as 1980s supernatural horror and slasher films. It's detailed and achieves amazing facial expressions.
Summary
Pranky fell into Mr. X-ray's trap and now asks for his help, so this installment introduces the sadistic Doctor Ego
