Trama
Hay una calle que atrapa a aquellos que tienen algo escondido en su pasado, donde la culpa se convierte en muerte instantánea.
En este lugar que existe entre realidades, en el medio de nuestro mundo y del más allá, nos introduce a personajes, Pranky el boyscout y Mr X, Sisterhood, Mrs Goodbody, Matinee Monster, Doctor Ego y muchos otros, que se llaman Residentes de Hyde Street, ellos deben recolectar almas para el misteriosos Scorekeeper, al llegar a diez mil, son liberados.
Cada entrega narra historias sobre terribles acciones hechas por personas que salen siempre impunes, pero en este lugar pagan todas esas atrocidades, es una antología de historias cuyo hilo conector son los "residentes" encargados de realizar los castigos. Estos residentes compiten entre ellos y tienen objetivos diferentes, así como sus propios pecados que deben purgar.
Hay un profundo análisis psicológico recurrente donde todos estos personajes están en una constante búsqueda desesperada de la redención y pagando el precio de los propios deseos egoístas, con una narrativa acelerada llena de terror.

Es un arte orgánico y lleno de detalles hipnotizantes que le dan un tono lúgubre a momentos que parecen inofensivos, con excelentes expresiones faciales y un manejo del lenguaje corporal magnífico con una estética retro y el mismo efecto lúgubre de las películas de terror sobrenatural y slasher de la década de 1980

Plot
There's a street that ensnares those who have something to hide in their past, where guilt becomes instant death.
In this place that exists between realities, halfway between our world and the afterlife, we are introduced to characters such as Pranky the Boy Scout and Mr. X, Sisterhood, Mrs. Goodbody, Matinee Monster, Doctor Ego, and many others, who are known as the Residents of Hyde Street. They must collect souls for the mysterious Scorekeeper; once they reach ten thousand, they are released.
Each installment tells stories about terrible deeds committed by people who usually get away with them, but in this place they pay for all those atrocities. It's an anthology of stories whose unifying element is the "residents" who are in charge of meting out punishment. These residents compete with each other and have different objectives, as well as their own sins to atone for.
There is a recurring, in-depth psychological analysis where all these characters are in a constant, desperate search for redemption, paying the price for their own selfish desires, with a fast-paced narrative full of horror.

The art is organic and full of mesmerizing details that lend a somber tone to what initially seem to be innocuous moments, with excellent facial expressions and masterful use of body language, all within a retro aesthetic that evokes the same eerie atmosphere as 1980s supernatural and slasher horror films.
