¿De qué viene?
UN OSCURO REGRESO A CASA NOS ESPERA... Es un mundo anterior a Punisher. Un mundo donde la existencia de Hulk es apenas un rumor. Un mundo donde A.I.M. acaba de desarrollar un Cubo Cósmico en las selvas de Sudamérica. Frank Castle, Bruce Banner y Peter Parker están en una misión para evitar que el Cubo caiga en las manos equivocadas, incluidas las de los demás. En esta lucha a tres bandas por el poder del cosmos, ¿quién saldrá victorioso? ¡Los legendarios creadores Jonathan Hickman y Adam Kubert se unen para contar la historia más cruda de Spider-Man de todos los tiempos!
Trama
Esta historia se ubica en un mundo diferente, donde un equipo comando liderado por Frank Castle antes de ser Punisher y otros soldados que llegan a un laboratorio secreto de A.I.M que por casualidad es atacado por H.Y.D.R.A, ambos se pelean por un Cubo Cósmico que creo A.I.M de manera artificial.
Pero para complicar todo, llega Hulk en busca de este Cubo Cósmico, que altera las realidades.
Frank Castle logra escapar con el Cubo Cósmico, pero todo su equipo fallece en el intento, unos fallecen al usar sin saber como el Cubo Cósmico.
En esta versión de Marvel, Spider-man trabaja para S.H.I.E.L.D y es enviado a esta jungla en América del Sur a recuperar este Cubo Cósmico, ya que EE.UU. no puede hacerlo para no generar problemas diplomáticos.
Excelente historia apartada de la continuidad que muestra a los héroes de Marvel como mercenarios. La narrativa es confusa porque te muestran los hechos pero dejan en un velo de misterio lo que en realidad está pasando.
Arte
Es un privilegio leer un cómic ilustrado por la leyenda viva que es Adam Kubert, donde hace gala de sus habilidades con texturas y detalles que ofrecen ese dinamismos tan impresionan así como el lenguaje corporal.

Una historia alejada de la continuidad de Marvel donde muestran otro potencial de los héroes de Marvel

What does it come from?

Plot
This story takes place in an alternate world, where a commando team led by Frank Castle (before he became the Punisher) and other soldiers arrive at a secret A.I.M. laboratory that is accidentally attacked by HYDRA. The two sides fight over a Cosmic Cube that A.I.M. artificially created.
But to complicate matters, Hulk arrives in search of this Cosmic Cube, which alters realities.
Frank Castle manages to escape with the Cosmic Cube, but his entire team perishes in the attempt, some dying from misusing it.
In this Marvel version, Spider-Man works for S.H.I.E.L.D. and is sent to this jungle in South America to retrieve the Cosmic Cube, as the U.S. cannot do so to avoid diplomatic issues.
An excellent story outside of the main continuity that portrays Marvel heroes as mercenaries. The narrative is confusing because it shows you the facts but leaves what's really happening shrouded in mystery.
Artwork
It's a privilege to read a comic illustrated by the living legend Adam Kubert, where he showcases his skill with textures and details that offer such impressive dynamism, as well as body language.
Summary
A story outside of Marvel continuity that reveals another side of Marvel's heroes.
