Kessie Green, Arkansas: la enfermera Kessie trabaja en una Sala de Emergencias donde cree que ha visto de todo, hasta que una familia llega con el pie de una abuela que se lo arrancó a mordiscos.

Kessie Green, Arkansas: Nurse Kessie works in an ER where she thinks she's seen it all, until a family arrives with a grandmother's foot that they chewed off.

Gleb Rasputin, Russia: A person is looking for a relative associated with human trafficking.

Imka Suzman, South Africa: A flight attendant listening to two military officers talking about something that is going on in a place that is going to isolate it.

Jae-Hwa Phang, Corea del Norte: Jae-Hwa intenta mantener una conversación con un zombie que viene de Corea del Sur, definitivamente la ideología lo tiene abstraído de la realidad, hasta que ve el contenido de un pendrive.

Kessie Green, Arkansas: la enfermera Kessie intenta convencer a su jefe que hay una pandemia que está afectando a los más pobres de la comunidad que son afroamericanos, pero no les da tiempo de analizar lo que ocurre cuando la histeria masiva les llega a las puertas del hospital.

Gleb Rasputin, Rusia: Gleb se consigue con su hermana, pero no es una desvalida jovencita, ella maneja un prostíbulo donde al parecer llegó el paciente cero de esa comunidad, ahora como hermanos deben enfrentarse a este apocalipsis.

Imka Suzman, África del Sur: Inka sube al vuelo a Delhi para encontrarse con Andre, aun cuando le avisaron que los vuelos del mundo se están cancelando...aunque todo transcurre con normalidad...alguien muere repentinamente en su asiento.

Al final hay una analogía de como Benjamin Franklin en verdad hizo el experimento del cometa y el relámpago.

Arte 

Goran logra secuencias de muertes, suspenso y situaciones llenas de desnudos y violencia explícitas con detalles impresionantes.

Jae-Hwa Phang, North Korea: Jae-Hwa tries to have a conversation with a zombie that comes from South Korea, definitely the ideology has him abstracted from reality, until he sees the contents of a flash drive. Kessie Green, Arkansas: Nurse Kessie tries to convince her boss that there's a pandemic affecting the poorest African-Americans in the community, but doesn't give them time to analyze what's going on when mass hysteria hits their doorstep of the hospital. Gleb Rasputin, Russia: Gleb meets his sister, but she is not a helpless young woman, she runs a brothel where apparently patient zero from that community arrived, now as brothers they must face this apocalypse. Imka Suzman, South Africa: Inka boards the flight to Delhi to meet Andre, even though she was told that the world's flights are being cancelled...although everything is normal...someone dies suddenly in her seat . At the end there is an analogy to how Benjamin Franklin actually did the comet and lightning experiment. Art Goran achieves explicit death sequences, suspense, and situations filled with nudity and violence in impressive detail.

Al descubrir a un muerto vivo, toda su vida cambiará.

Kessie Green, Arkansas: la enfermera Kessie empieza a recibir a todos los afectados por el posible paciente cero que desató su ira en una familia y su hijo es una de las víctimas de este ataque y ella le cura las heridas.

Gleb Rasputin, Rusia: Gleb sigue la pista del paradero de su hermana cuando consigue unas manos amputadas en la calle, llegan hasta un conocido que les avisa que está por morir por una mordida y Gleb lo asesina, comienza un tiroteo.

PLOT

Jae-Hwa Phang, North Korea: Jae-Hwa begins to doubt all the indoctrination of North Korea that for many years has affected his analytical thinking, but now that a threat endangers both enemy countries, all those lies they begin to fall apart, the survival instinct kicks in in their flight mode. Upon discovering a living dead, his whole life will change. Kessie Green, Arkansas: Nurse Kessie begins to receive all those affected by the possible patient zero that unleashed her wrath on a family and hers her son is one of the victims of this attack and she treats his wounds. Gleb Rasputin, Russia: Gleb tracks down his sister's whereabouts when he gets his hands severed on the street, they run into an acquaintance who tells them he is about to be bitten and Gleb kills him, a shootout ensues. Imka Suzman, South Africa: a senator arrived at the airport and warned what was about to happen and Imka witnessed this statement, during the flight a situation arises that leaves a flight attendant injured.

Kessie Green, Arkansas: la enfermera Kessie llega hasta donde está la abuelita que se comió su propia pierna, para descubrir al posible paciente cero que es custodiado por sus dementes padres. Impresiona  la tranquilidad con la que la familia maneja la situación de la abuela, sin imaginar lo que en verdad ocurre.

Gleb Rasputin, Rusia: sigue buscando a su hermana en el prostíbulo más importante cuyos clientes son exclusivos, para descubrir que el lugar alberga a todo tipo de fantasía retorcida, posiblemente una prostituta infectada está contagiando a todos sin saberlo. Esta secuencia es muy explícita.

Imka Suzman, África del Sur: una azafata y el capitan viven con la confianza de que el rumor del virus es algo insignificante.

En el cierre muestran la verdera identidad de la primera foto de Pie Grande.

Kessie Green, Arkansas: Nurse Kessie arrives at the grandmother who ate her own leg, to discover the possible patient zero who is guarded by her insane parents. She impresses the calm with which the family handles the grandmother's situation, without imagining what is really happening. Gleb Rasputin, Russia: he keeps looking for his sister in the most important brothel whose clients are exclusive, to discover that the place is home to all kinds of twisted fantasy, possibly an infected prostitute is unknowingly infecting everyone. This sequence is very explicit. Imka Suzman, South Africa: A stewardess and the captain live with the confidence that the rumor of the virus is something insignificant.

PLOT

The comic separately narrates these four stories of very different characters who must face something unimaginable. Jae-Hwa Phang, North Korea: a soldier guarding the border between Korea witnesses a stampede of animals frightened by a person who climbs the security bars. Kessie Green, Arkansas: Nurse Kessie works in an ER where she thinks she's seen it all, until a family arrives with a grandmother's foot that she bit off. Gleb Rasputin, Russia: a person is looking for a relative related to white slavery and prostitution. Imka Suzman, South Africa: A stewardess overhears two military officials talking about something happening in a place that is going to isolate him. In the closing, the iceberg that collided with the Titanic reacts with the appearance of a frozen caveman who had the disease of the living dead. Art Goran offers details and neat art where all the facial expressions are impressive.
