Top Cow Productions, Inc. today announced that pre-registration is officially live for the upcoming Cyber Force Complete Collection Vol. 2 Kickstarter campaign, following the massive success of Cyber Force Complete Collection Vol. 1 Kickstarter, which was funded at an extraordinary 625%.
