REVIEW IN ENGLISH
  With spoilers

What does it come from?
A young man is transformed into a hideous spider hybrid by the ruthless Oscorp Corporation in their pursuit for eternal life. When Oscorp begins to use the secrets unlocked by his mutation to create more human-animal hybrids, he must embrace his grotesque new form to fight back.

Plot
This reimagining of Spider-Man’s origin takes us to a world where global powers are controlled by massive corporations. In the U.S., Oscorp conducts experiments to delay aging through genetic modification; they test on humans with no regard for the consequences—acting less like scientists and more like butchers with credentials.

Peter Parker lost his parents in a mysterious accident at Oscorp and maintains a secret digital alter ego known as "SAGAN RITUAL," through which he anonymously exposes the corporation's covert crimes.

Peter lives solely with his Uncle Ben, who struggles to make ends meet, relying on the meager income Peter earns as a student and assistant to Dr. Connors.

Peter’s father once shared a phrase that became a guiding principle for him: "Power makes monsters." This sentiment, combined with a graphic childhood accident involving his pet cat, turned a past trauma into a paralyzing phobia—the terror of becoming a monster himself.

Oscorp needs new test subjects, and its PR director, Felicia Hardy, is sent to recruit Peter. Although his uncle initially opposes the idea, financial hardship ultimately outweighs his ethical objections.

Upon returning home, Peter unknowingly brings back the agent that will transform him into a mutant: a genetically modified spider that also heralds a family tragedy. While Peter Parker’s original story is defined by pain and sacrifice, this version reaches a whole new level of drama and trauma.

Suspense, horror, and a bleakly dystopian future await; we become unwitting accomplices to this alternate vision by Phillip Kennedy Johnson, whose breakneck narrative pace hooks you so completely that you cannot put the book down, where it takes the Marvel Universe into the scatologically chilling genre of body horror. This saga is the perfect read for a dark Halloween night.

Art
Rich in line work and texture, the art achieves a dynamic quality set against a somber atmosphere, effectively heightening the story's terrifying tension.

Summary
Peter Parker faces a dark and grim shift in his life—one that eclipses all his painful family traumas—in this terrifying new alternate origin story.
