Ahora, por primera vez en formato de bolsillo, las historietas clásicas de Spider-Man de Stan Lee y John Romita regresan a la imprenta como parte de la nueva y espectacular colección de ediciones de lujo con estuche de Clover Press. La campaña de Kickstarter ya está disponible.

Returns to Print For The First Time in Softcover

(September 29, 2025) The Amazing Spider-Man swung into newsprint on Monday, January 3, 1977, bringing Marvel’s most popular hero from comic pages to newspapers worldwide. Through Stan Lee’s storytelling and John Romita’s masterful art, the strip delivered dramatic storylines that pitted Spidey against classic foes while introducing brand new characters, helping make Spider-Man a household name beyond the comic book stands. Now, for the first time ever in softcover, Stan Lee and John Romita’s THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN CLASSIC NEWSPAPER COMICS will return to print as a part of Clover Press’s spectacular new line of deluxe slipcase editions. The Kickstarter campaign is now live.

Trama 

Esta es una obra maestra instantánea de ciencia ficción, donde un grupo de seres excepcionales, los último de su raza fueron obligados a trabajar en equipo por XAL, un poderoso ser que controla millones con una mente unificada. Este equipo controlado por XAL se llaman The Orphans, integrado por Little Boy, Rascal, Haze liderados por The Inventor.

XAL habia diseñado un plan para controlar un agijero negro llamado The Maw, para usar su fuerza destructora, pero The Inventor sabia lo que XAL queria hacer y lo traiciona destruyendolo...The Inventor desaparece...

Ahora lo que queda del equipo The Orphans deben buscar todos esos seres que The Inventor creó o mejoró, topándose con William Ackerson, quién está conectado con The Maw.

Este cómic mezcla ciencia ficción, suspenso y viajes estelares con persecuciones intensas.

Al final incluye parte del manuscrito original que fue copiado de grabaciones de Stan Lee. Sin duda Stan sigue dejando su legado y Luke Lieberman lo ha logrado mantener y elevar a otro nivel en este libro.

Art

It begins with Bill Sienkiewicz's fascinating and unique illustrations, which offer that flashback effect.

Then Szymon Kudranski takes the reins, offering interesting designs full of details that elevate the tone of science fiction and add mystery and suspense. There are sequences full of explicit violence.

Plot

This is an instant masterpiece of science fiction, where a group of exceptional beings, the last of their kind, were forced to work as a team by XAL, a powerful being who controls millions with a unified mind. This XAL-controlled team is called The Orphans, made up of Little Boy, Rascal, Haze led by The Inventor.

XAL had designed a plan to control a black hole called The Maw, to use the destructive force of it, but The Inventor knew what XAL wanted to do and betrays him by destroying it... The Inventor disappears...

Now what remains of The Orphans team must search for all those beings that The Inventor created or improved, running into William Ackerson, who is connected to The Maw.

This comic mixes science fiction, suspense and star travel with intense chases.

At the end includes part of the original manuscript that was copied from recordings of Stan Lee. Without a doubt, Stan continues to leave his legacy and Luke Lieberman has managed to maintain and elevate it to another level in this book.

What does it come from?

Plot
