¡Es hora de regresar a Wastelands! Hoy, Marvel Entertainment y SiriusXM anunciaron su nuevo podcast con guión original, Marvel's Wastelanders: Wolverine, que se estrenará el lunes 13 de junio.

New York, NY— June 13, 2022 — It’s time to return to the Wastelands! Today, Marvel Entertainment and SiriusXM announced their newest original scripted podcast, Marvel’s Wastelanders: Wolverine, will premiere on Monday, June 13.

Marvel's Wastelanders: Wolverine is the fourth installment in the “Marvel's Wastelanders” audio epic, following the success of Marvel’s Wastelanders: Star-Lord, Marvel’s Wastelanders: Hawkeye, and Marvel's Wastelanders: Black Widow. The all-new 10-episode series is written and directed by Peabody Award winner Jenny Turner Hall, with sound design by Michael Odmark and Daniel Brunell, and original music by Rhett Miller and John Burdick.

Since that day, a traumatized Wolverine (Robert Patrick) has wandered in a daze of survivor’s guilt and self-loathing over his failure to protect his fellow X-Men and their mutant students.

Wolverine encounters Sofia, a young mutant in-hiding and vows to transport her into the safe hands of estranged former X-Men Kitty Pryde and Rachel Summers. When the Red Skull and his top lieutenant Crossbones frame Wolverine and escalate anti-mutant sentiment to dangerous new levels, our hero realizes that his only option may be to face Red Skull and his savage allies head on. But a shocking, terrible truth may destroy Wolverine first...

On the series, writer and director Jenny Hall says, “Fans are going to lose it over Robert Patrick as Old Man Logan! You cannot stop listening to his gritty timbre — he is Wolverine — and Logan’s story here will shock you to your core!” She continued, “From a directing standpoint, this series is epic — a lot of characters, settings, and action. New York, NY— September 21, 2021 — Today, Marvel Entertainment and SiriusXM launched Marvel’s first-ever Spanish-language scripted podcast Marvel’s Wolverine: La Larga Noche. The first two episodes of the 10-episode series are now available exclusively on the SXM app or by subscribing to Marvel Podcasts Unlimited on Apple Podcasts.

The series is a Spanish translation of Marvel’s first scripted podcast, Marvel’s Wolverine: The Long Night, which first aired in 2018. Now, listeners can dive into the weekly audio series with 30-minute episodes featuring new voiceovers from Joaquin Cosio (“Narcos: Mexico”), Guillermo García (“Mayans MC”), Brigitte Kali Canales (“Star Wars: The Clone Wars”), Iván Bernal, Bruno Bichir, Rafael Sigler, Ricardo Chavez, Marianna Burelli, and Alberto Zeni. The series is directed by burgeoning director Alejandra López (“The Blue Cape”).

 

SERIES DESCRIPTION

·       Marvel’s Wolverine: La Larga Noche follows a string of mysterious deaths in Burns, Alaska, Special Agents Sally Pierce and Tad Marshall arrive to investigate. They soon find there’s more going on than meets the eye.

Following the groundbreaking sound design of Marvel’s Wolverine: The Long Night, listeners will once again be immersed into the story as La Larga Noche utilizes the same ambisonic — or fully surround-sound — method of recording.  Outdoor scenes were recorded in realistic-sounding locations including forests and a cabin.

Marvel’s Wolverine: La Larga Noche is available exclusively on the SXM App and Marvel Podcasts Unlimited on Apple Podcasts. Episodes will be widely available two weeks later on Pandora, Stitcher, and all major podcast platforms in the U.S.

New York, NY—May 18, 2021 — Marvel Entertainment and SiriusXM announced today the launch of their first original scripted podcast series, Marvel’s Wastelanders: Old Man Star-Lord. The first two episodes will be available starting Tuesday, June 1 on the SiriusXM app, Pandora, Stitcher, and all major podcast platforms. The 10-episode series will be released weekly, kicking off season one of Marvel and SiriusXM’s multi-part Marvel’s Wastelanders podcast series, which will feature other Marvel heroes including Old Man Wolverine, Old Man Hawkeye, and Grey Widow.

 

Marvel’s Wastelanders: Old Man Star-Lord stars Timothy Busfield (The West Wing, For Life) as Star-Lord, Chris Elliott (Schitt’s Creek, Eagleheart) as Rocket, and Nadine Malouf (High Fidelity, The Looming Tower) as Cora.
