Esta famosa adolescente y detective nata sigue con su serie de mensual, donde investiga una serie de asesinatos que no parecen tener un sospechosos mientras la policía no consigue ni una pista sólida. Este personaje es creado por Edward Stratemeyer.
¿De qué viene?
Drew investiga la desaparición de la madre de su amigo Pete, Mariana Vega (sucedió hace 7 años), quien le mando una carta con una especie de amenaza para que ella con su curiosidad volviera a Bayport su ciudad natal, todo esto es para ayudar a el caso de la madre de Pete.
Mariana Vega fallece como un supuesto suicidio en Deadman´s Cliff.

¿Qué sucede?
Nancy Drew ys u amigo van a investigar en Lock Lobster, la empresas donde trabajaba la madre de Pete, pero quien los atiende se contradice mucho en sus respuestas y comenta que en 10 años han desaparecido de la empresa 6 personas incluidas el papa de quien los atiende.
Al parecer estas muertes se relacionan con una extraña droga.
Nancy con un equipo de 6 adolescentes afectados por estas desapariciones investigan por separado, sin embargo las pistas los dirigen una discoteca clandestina llamada The Palace Of Wisdom, donde pueden conseguir más problemas que respuestas.
Este cómic tiene muchos díalogos y situaciones típicas de los adolescentes de ahora, que le aportan mucha diversión entre tanto suspenso, siempre con un buen lenguaje y libre de cualquier vulgaridad.

Kelly Thompson nos lleva poco a poco revelando el misterio mientras Nancy Drew siempre tiene respuestas agudas y divertidas en medio de tanta tensión, este cómic está algo cargado de diálogos. El arte de Jenn St-onge es inocente y dinámico, ya que se enfoca en destacar las reacciones de los los interlocutores.

This comic is perfect for young readers because it awakens their sense of logic and curiosity
