Bettie Page es un icono de la moda de las décadas de 1950 y 1960, sus fotos pin ups con un corte de cabello con pollina o flequillo ha inspirado a generaciones. Dynamite Comics tiene varias series dedicada a este personaje y le agregaron que aparte de ser modelo es también un agente secreto del gobierno.

Trama
Es 1945, Bettie y Lyssa son citadas por el Capitán Thomas para una nueva misión que involucra un asesinato sobrenatural en Irlanda, al parecer involucra el legendario monstruo Banshee.
Viajan hasta irlanda y contactan a Maire Dineen, una especialista sobre este monstruo, se dirigen a la escena del crimen y su próxima pista es el hermano de la víctima, Fintan Omalley, pero antes van a anlizar el cuerpo y desaparecio de la morgue.
Bettie, Lyssa y Maine entran al bar a buscar a Fintan, en esa época ninguna mujer podría entrar a un bar, pero Lyssa deja claro que ellas pueden hacerlo sin problemas.Aquí hay una buena secuencia de pelea.
Hablan con Fintan y este les dice que el banshee va a ir por el también, ellas lo calman y hacen vigilia afuera de su casa...cuando de repente escuchan un grito y Bettie ve a Fintan muerto con su craneo destruido y al voltear ve a un espanto....
Este cómic posee mucho suspenso, su trama posee un ritmo narrativo dinámico que se lee en minutos, excelente inicio de una serie.
El arte es genial, ofrece ese tono vintage de esa década de 1940, así como detalles geniales y destaca la ferocidad y sensualidad pícara de Bettie y Lyssa.

Bettie Page is a fashion icon from the 1950s and 1960s, the pin-ups of her with a haircut with a chick or bangs have inspired generations. Dynamite Comics has several series dedicated to this character and they added that, apart from being a model, she is also a secret agent of the government.

Utilizing several clues found at the ancient Key Artifact site in the Middle Americas, McKnight and Bettie surmise that the Key Artefact has been relocated to an ancient burial site in rural Ireland. They give chase!
PLOT
It's 1945, Bettie and Lyssa are summoned by Captain Thomas for a new mission involving a supernatural murder in Ireland, apparently involving the legendary monster Banshee.
They travel to Ireland and contact Maire Dineen, a specialist on this monster, they go to the crime scene and their next clue is the victim's brother, Fintan Omalley, but first they go to analyze the body and he disappeared from the morgue.
Bettie, Lyssa and Maine enter the bar to look for Fintan, at that time no woman could enter a bar, but Lyssa makes it clear that they can do it without problems.Here is a good fight sequence.
They talk to Fintan and he tells them that the banshee is going to go for him too, they calm him down and make a vigil outside their house ... when suddenly they hear a scream and Bettie sees Fintan dead with his skull destroyed and when she turns around she sees to a ghost...
This comic has a lot of suspense, its plot has a dynamic narrative rhythm that can be read in minutes, an excellent start to a series.
Art
The art is great, it offers that vintage 1940s tone as well as great details and highlights Bettie and Lyssa's ferocity and mischievous sexiness.
