¿Qué sentido tiene una batalla eterna? Durante millones de años, cien Eternos han vagado por la Tierra, son los protectores secretos de la humanidad. Sin ellos, seríamos migajas entre los dientes de los de demoníacos Deviants.
La guerra entre los Eternals y los Deviant se ha librado por toda la eternidad, haciéndose eco de nuestros mitos y pesadillas. Pero hoy, los Eternals se enfrentan a algo nuevo: EL CAMBIO ¿Pueden ellos, o cualquiera en la Tierra, sobrevivir a este descubrimiento?
TRAMA
Sersi se reúne con Iron Man para usarlo como señuelo y forzar que The Forgotten One-Gilgamesh, quien forma una coalición de Eternals que se separaron para formar su propia sociedad, donde su primer objetivo es cuidar a la Máquina. El diálogo de Sersi con Tony es genial.
El clima del planeta Tierra sufre con el problema de mal funcionamiento de la máquina.
Ikaris lucha contra Gilgamesh con una intensa y corta secuencia de pelea, lo vence para interrogarlo para saber si está detrás del daño ala Maquina y el asesinato de varios Eternals, Gilgamesh lles afirma que no forma parte de este complot, que su movimiento respeta a la máquina y vela antetodo la vida humana.
El niño Tony Robson sigue bajo el cuidado de Sprite. Ikaris sigue convencido que este niño es clave.
Druig se entrevista con Thanos, quien le revela que esta controlado por otro ser que lo obliga a asesinar, algo que Thanos aprecia hacer pero en este caso lo debe hacer porque su vida depende de ello, su corazón está extrañamente expuesto.
Gilgamesh analiza el daño de la máquina y revela que es una técnica creada por el movimiento The Forgotten y que Phastos es el único Eternal que lo sabe hacer...Phastos es el traidor.
Este capitulo esta lleno de revelaciones y nos deja con muchas preguntas, es una historia adictiva.

What's the point of an eternal battle?
For millions of years, one hundred Eternals have roamed the Earth, secret protectors of humanity. Without them, we'd be smears between the teeth of the demon-like Deviants. Their war has waged for all time, echoing in our myths and nightmares.
But today, Eternals face something new: change. Can they - or anyone on Earth - survive their discovery?
PLOT
Sersi meets with Iron Man to use him as a decoy and force The Forgotten One-Gilgamesh, who forms a coalition of Eternals who split up to form their own society, where their first objective is to take care of the Machine. Sersi's dialogue with Tony is great.
The climate of planet Earth suffers from the problem of machine malfunction.
Ikaris fights Gilgamesh with an intense and short fight sequence, he defeats him to interrogate him to find out if he is behind the damage to the Machine and the murder of several Eternals, Gilgamesh tells them that he is not part of this plot, that his movement respects the machine and sail before all human life.
The boy Tony Robson is still in Sprite's care. Ikaris remains convinced that this child is key.
Druig meets with Thanos, who reveals that he is controlled by another being who forces him to murder, something Thanos appreciates doing but in this case he must do it because his life depends on it, his heart is strangely exposed.
Gilgamesh analyzes the damage of the machine and reveals that it is a technique created by The Forgotten movement and that Phastos is the only Eternal who knows how to do it ... Phastos is the traitor.
This chapter is full of revelations and leaves us with many questions, it is an addictive story.
