¿De qué viene?
Diez mujeres duras se enfrentan en un antiguo concurso de campeones donde el ganador realmente se lleva todo: el título de "Reina de la Galaxia". Para ganar el desafío, cada concursante debe sobrevivir a los peligros del duro paisaje del planeta, los feroces depredadores en y debajo de su superficie, y sus compañeros concursantes. Esta edición del concurso tiene un giro: uno de los concursantes es un infiltrado que tiene en la mira algo más grande que el premio. ¿Quién es ella y qué es lo que realmente quiere?
Trama
Regina es destituida como reina del Imperio Gilmorian de un planeta lejano, debido a que no puede tener hijos y así continuar el linaje familiar, por esto el parlamento anula el matrimonio con el Rey Gilmorian VIII y ponen en vigencia una ley antigua donde se debe realizar un competencia para escoger a la nueva reina. El machismo opresor está vigente y lleno de crueldad.
La competencia consiste en escoger 10 contendientes de cada uno de los reinos que forman el imperio Gilmorian y hacerles pasar duras pruebas en junglas, desiertos, agua y en combate para así escoger a la mejor. Todo este evento será televisado en la capital, la ciudad flotante de Califax, con comentaristas y casa de apuestas involucradas.
Pero este concurso a su vez es la oportunidad política de todos estos reinos, ya que pueden tener de su lado a la nueva reina.
Las 10 contendientes son Dyana #1, Jaxa #2, Kelsey #3, Tora #4, Lily #5, Asher #6, Xandra #7, Rache #8, Danni #9 y Pondo #10.
Estas diez guerreras son teletransportadas a la primera prueba, la jungla infestada de animales peligrosos, letales (como dinosaurios).
Xandra (#7) demuestra sus ambiciones desde el primer momento y sin piedad se aprovecha del descuido de Dyana y toma la delantera.
Todas empiezan a avanzar en esta jungla llena de depredadores letales y en un terreno difícil de cruzar, muchas intentan trabajar en equipo, pero la mejor estrategia es ser individual, de lo contrario cualquier distracción puede ser letal.
Xandra y Jaxa empiezan a desarrollar una rivalidad letal y son las primeras en llegar a la meta, luego las acompañan los #3,4,8 y 10, las demás no sobreviven al reto. Las habilidades de Xandra despierta la curiosidad del Primer Ministro, que no desea que ese reino llegue a la final.
El cómic posee un ritmo narrativo acelerado y vertiginoso de alto octanaje, lleno de secuencias de persecución y acción, donde no excatiman en sangre.
Arte
Frank Cho ofrece uno de sus mejores trabajos artísticos, por años ha demostrado sus habilidades para ilustrar mujeres (tiene un libro dedicado a eso Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method) y aquí se supera a sí mismo, no solo en la anatomía, también crea un mundo impresionante, desde la tecnología hasta la flora y fauna con páginas splash épicas.

What does it come from?
Ten hard-as-nails women face off in an ancient contest of champions where the winner truly takes all: the title of “Queen of the Galaxy.” To win the challenge each contestant must survive the hazards of the planet’s harsh landscape, the ferocious predators on and below its surface, and their fellow contestants. This edition of the contest has a twist: one of the contestants is an infiltrator who has her eye on something bigger than the prize. Who is she and what does she really want?
Plot
Regina is dismissed as queen of the Gilmorian Empire from a distant planet, because she cannot have children and thus continue the family lineage, for this the parliament annuls the marriage with King Gilmorian VIII and enforces an old law where it must be carried out a competition to choose the new queen. The oppressive machismo is full of cruelty.
The competition consists of choosing 10 contenders from each of the kingdoms that make up the Gilmorian empire and making them pass tough tests in jungle, deserts, water and in combat to choose the best one. This entire event will be televised in the capital, the floating city of Califax, with commentators and bookmaker involved.
But this contest in turn is the political opportunity of all these kingdoms, since they can have the new queen on their side.
The 10 contenders are Dyana # 1, Jaxa # 2, Kelsey # 3, Tora # 4, Lily # 5, Asher # 6, Xandra # 7, Rache # 8, Danni # 9 and Pondo # 10.
These ten warriors are teleported to the first test, the jungle infested with dangerous, deadly animals (such as dinosaurs).
Xandra (# 7) demonstrates her ambitions from the get-go and mercilessly takes advantage of Dyana's carelessness and takes the lead.
All begin to advance in this jungle full of deadly predators and in difficult terrain to cross, many try to work as a team, but the best strategy is to be individual, otherwise any distraction can be lethal.
Xandra and Jaxa begin to develop a lethal rivalry and are the first to reach the goal, then they are accompanied by # 3,4,8 and 10, the others do not survive the challenge. Xandra's abilities arouse the curiosity of the Prime Minister, who does not want that kingdom to win.
The comic has a fast and dizzying high octane narrative rhythm, full of chase sequences and action, where they do not exaggerate in blood.

Frank Cho offers one of his best artistic works, for years he has demonstrated his abilities to illustrate women (he has a book dedicated to that Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method) and here he outdoes himself, not only in women anatomy, also create a stunning world, from technology to flora and fauna with epic splash pages.
