It feels very real, full of magnificent details that transport you to that time and will make your blood run cold with the terror they reveal, the landscapes are mesmerizing. A sequential tone similar to Quentin Tarantino's bloody and intense tone.

This story mixes the war genre with folk horror, making this credible vampire therefore even more terrifying, where the protagonist (Nocon) even being a rejected strives to do his best. The plot twists are shocking and the ending is moving.

Nocona libera al Vampiro quien ataca alComandante Ludin, y a todo su ejército Nazi, su hambre es voraz y es inmune a cualquier arma, la masacre es impactante, muy detallada, sin duda el capítulo más violento de la serie.
Nocona ama la vida y se propone detener a este vampiro, pero para lograr esto debe romper su promesa y asesinar a quien sea un obstáculo. Al final hay una revelación impactante de Nocona y un cierre que les rompera el corazon, la responsabilidad de Nocona con la vida es admirable.
El diálogo entre el vampiro y Ludin sobre la verdader maldad es brillante, tanto se esmeraron en ser malvado que solo lograron ser unos monstruos mortales, nada de gloria.

Plot
The Vampire attacks Commander Ludin, and his entire Nazi army, his hunger is voracious and he is immune to any weapon, the massacre is shocking, very detailed, without a doubt the most violent chapter of the series.
Nocona loves life and sets out to stop this vampire, but to do so he must break his promise and kill whoever stands in the way. At the end there is a shocking revelation of Nocona and a closing that will break your hearts, Nocona's responsibility with life is admirable.
The dialogue between the vampire and Ludin about true evil is brilliant, they tried so hard to be evil that they only managed to be deadly monsters, no glory.
This story closes with a dizzying narrative pace, with a story that mixes the war genre with folk horror, making this believable vampire and even more terrifying.
Art
It is very detailed, the best of this saga, where Conrad does not contain himself to show the excessive violence of a vampire. The color palette moved into a range of blues that encourage terror and cold.

Ludin wants the Vampire to go out and kill all the enemies of the Nazis, Nocona begins to dialogue with this monster and both reach a secret agreement and the Vampire unleashes himself with all his anger ... the first victims are the allied soldiers who they treated Nocona badly.
This chapter raises the level of suspense, mystery and terror.

Nocona no puede creer como un monstruo se come a uno de sus compañeros, cuando las luces lo iluminan y este ser desaparece, los soldados Nazis se llevan a Nocona.
La prueba del Comandante Ludin funciona a la perfección, tiene el vampiro controlado gracias a el encantamiento del sacerdote y al ritual que hizo, pero este sacerdote no entiende lo que dice el vampiro pero Nocona logra traducir lo que dice y por eso el Ludin le perdona la vida y ahora es el encargado del vampiro. Nocona entiende que este vampiro pide que lo liberen en un dialecto checo antiguo.
El vampiro se está haciendo cada vez más poderoso al alimentarse de los prisioneros.
Los prisioneros están intentando escapar por túneles pero uno muere en el intento.
Ludin está embriagado de poder y está listo para lanzar su vampiro a destruir las líneas enemigas pero sus superiores le proponen que es hora de rendirse, pero Ludin no lo va a hacer.
Esta segunda parte aumenta el nivel de tensión y terror, la historia es directa sin rodeos.
Arte
Los detalles son asombrosos, así como la representación de este misterioso castillo en el medio de la nada, crea el tono perfecto para asustarse de verdad.

Plot
Nocona can not believe how a monster eats one of his companions, when the lights illuminate it and this being disappears, the Nazi soldiers take Nocona.
The test of Commander Ludin works perfectly, he has the vampire controlled thanks to the enchantment of the priest and the ritual he did, but this priest does not understand what the vampire says but Nocona manages to translate what he says and that is why the Ludin forgives his life and now he is in charge of the vampire. Nocona understands that this vampire asks to be released in an old Czech dialect.
The vampire is becoming more and more powerful by feeding on the prisoners.
Ludin is intoxicated with power and is ready to launch his vampire to destroy the enemy lines but his superiors propose that it is time to surrender, but Ludin is not going to do it.
This second part increases the level of tension and terror, Rob Williams presents a the story straightforward without detours.
Art
The details are astonishing, as well as the representation of this mysterious castle in the middle of nowhere, Conrad creates the perfect tone to get really scared.

AWA Studios’ imprint Upshot Studios has unveiled its much-anticipated horror series OUT #1 retailer exclusive variants. THE GREAT ESCAPE meets THE THING in this new series by Rob Williams (JUDGE DREDD, OLD HAUNTS), Will Conrad (WOLVERINE, RED BORDER), and Marco Lesko (CHARIOT, RAT QUEENS) is to hit stores this October 6th, 2021.
In response to the variants, OUT creator Rob Williams said, “It’s hugely, horribly exciting to see how different artists are portraying our World War II monster for the variant covers for OUT #1. Giving the undead new blood-sucking life!”

Since the launch of AWA Studios’ variant program October 2020, the program has accomplished exactly what CCO Axel Alonso’s goal of creating a program that “focuses on quality over quantity to bring a truly special experience for our retailer partners and readers while supporting our top talent relationships.” The program is spearheaded by comic book veteran Lisa Y. Wu, Marketing, Sales, & PR Consultant.
