¿De qué viene?

Trama

Doctor Doom está molesto porque no logra hacer que Latveria prospere, necesita un proyecto que la lleve a la gloria, es cuando por casualidad ve una entrevista a Reed Richards planteando que la única manera de cambiar el futuro es modificar todos esos momentos de nuestra historia donde la guerra superó a la paz,donde la ira superó a la empatía, lo llama optimizar la historia, pero todos esos cambios deben ocurrir a la vez.

Doctor Doom está dispuesto a demostrar a todos que él puede crear esa máquina del tiempo capaz de cambiar todos los momentos en que Latveria fracasó, para eso crea la Doom Engine.

Luego de meses de secreta construcción de esta edificación Doctor Doom activa la Doom Engine, pero los Avengers, X-men y Fantastic Four llegan para detenerlo. El enfrentamiento contra los Doombots es espectacular.

Reed no logra detener a Doctor Doom en su plan de mejorar la historia a favor de Latveria, pero sí modifica su curso de acción y lo traslada a aquellos momentos clave de la historia de la humanidad donde el cambio nos favorece a todos.

Excelente inicio de esta saga, donde la caracterización de Doctor Doom es acertada, ya que su ego termina siendo su mayor fortaleza y debilidad, sumando su rivalidad con Reed Richards.

Arte 

Es hiperrealista, lleno de detalles impresionantes, cada panel es una obra de arte con un manejo del lenguaje corporal y niveles de texturas realistas que están apoyadas por colores vivos con sensación de tiza pastel.

Resumen

Doctor Doom crea el proyecto más ambicioso para elevar a Latveria como un imperio, pero su ego será aplastado.

Emocionante inicio de una saga que promete ser una obra de culto

THE DAYS OF DOOM! Doctor Victor Von Doom is a great scientist, an unparallelled sorcerer and the ruler of his own nation. He is, by any measure, a great man. And yet Doom wants more. And when Reed Richards - Mister Fantastic, his greatest enemy and eternal rival - is showcased at a prestigious international event to which Doom wasn't even invited, Doom is outraged. Reed shares his plan for his eventual retirement project: the total optimization of history. He intends to go back in time, to all the eras humanity wasted on war and conflict, and fix them, saving trillions of lives and ensuring humanity can achieve its greatest and final glory. The idea of Reed rewriting history in his own image is, of course, antithetical to Doom, and so he decides to do it before Reed does. Plot

Doctor Doom is frustrated because he can't make Latveria prosper. He needs a project that will lead it to glory. Then, by chance, he sees an interview with Reed Richards, who argues that the only way to change the future is to alter all those moments in our history where war triumphed over peace, where anger triumphed over empathy. He calls it optimizing history, but all these changes must happen simultaneously.

Doctor Doom is determined to prove to everyone that he can create a time machine capable of changing all the moments in Latveria's failures. To do this, he creates the Doom Engine.

After months of secretly constructing this device, Doctor Doom activates the Doom Engine, but the Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four arrive to stop him. The confrontation with the Doombots is spectacular.

Reed can't stop Doctor Doom's plan to improve history in Latveria's favor, but he does alter his course of action, shifting it to those key moments in human history where change benefits everyone.

An excellent start to this saga, where the characterization of Doctor Doom is spot-on, as his ego ends up being both his greatest strength and weakness, compounded by his rivalry with Reed Richards.

Art

It's hyperrealistic, full of impressive details. Each panel is a work of art with masterful use of body language and realistic texture levels, all supported by vibrant, pastel-chalk-like colors.

Summary

Doctor Doom creates the most ambitious project yet to elevate Latveria to an empire, but his ego will be crushed. An exciting start to a saga that promises to be a cult classic
