¿De Que viene?
El autor número uno del New York Times, Neil Gaiman, y la leyenda de los cómics ganador del premio Eisner, P. Craig Russell, dan nueva vida a las antiguas historias nórdicas al llevar a los lectores a través de la creación de los Nueve Mundos al origen épico y las aventuras de Thor, Odin y Loki hasta el final de la vida: Ragnarok.
TRAMA
Thor y Loki se dirigen a Utgard y por el camino llegan a un pueblo donde Loki le dice al joven Thialfi que se coma la médula de los huesos de los corderos que Thor va a cocinar para que le de fuerza.
Thor avisa que todos pueden comer de su festín, pero que no se coman los huesos, porque con el Mjolnir resucita a los corderos pero para eso le hace falta todos los huesos y la piel.
Los corderos reviven pero uno tiene una pata herida, cuando Thor pregunta lo que ocurrió Thialfi se confiesa culpable, Thor lo perdona y le invita a su travesía.
En el camino se encuentran con un gigante (Skrymir) que les ayuda a llevar su carga pero ronca demasiado en las noches y Thor no podía dormir, lleva noches en vela.
Finalmente llegan a Utgard en el reino de Jotunheim, donde viven los gigantes de hielo, pero se consiguen con un castillo abandonado
La trama es divertida y misteriosa.

What does it come from?

Craig Russell breathe new life into the ancient Norse stories by taking readers through the creation of the Nine Worlds to the epic origin and adventures of Thor, Odin, and Loki all the way to the end of life--Ragnarok.
PLOT
Thor and Loki go to Utgard and on the way they arrive at a town where Loki tells the young Thialfi to eat the marrow of the lambs' bones that Thor is going to cook to give him strength.
Thor warns that everyone can eat from his feast, but do not eat the bones, because with the Mjolnir he resurrects the lambs but for that he needs all the bones and the skin.
The lambs revive but one has a wounded leg, when Thor asks what happened Thialfi confesses guilty, Thor forgives him and invites him to his journey.
On the way they meet a giant (Skrymir) who helps them carry their load but he snores too much at night and Thor could not sleep, he has been awake many nights.
They finally reach Utgard in the kingdom of Jotunheim, where the ice giants live, but they get an abandoned castle.
The plot is fun and mysterious.
ART
Mark Buckingham offers great art full of details and with a tone full of mythology.
