Trama

Aquellos Renacidos que tienen familiares son coaccionados a firmar para trabajar con el gobierno o de lo contrario van hacerle daño a su familia, otros son eliminados y muchos son enviados a campos de concentración donde son objeto de estudios.
Geun Kim logra destruir uno de estos campos pero es eliminado por Renacidos que roban poderes, la lucha comienza entre Renacidos.
El cómic cierra con Jeffrey Hasburg aparece a la luz pública revelando la conspiración gubernamental que involucra al presidente Lane de EE.UU, pero no sabemos si sobrevive.
Esta entrega tiene un cierre lleno de tensión que nos prepara para el capítulo final.

What does it come from?
Acclaimed writer J. Michael Straczynski returns the prescient, ambitious world of The Resistance! In the wake of the assassination of their leader, the Resistance is in disarray, disconnected from each other and hunted by authorities around the world – including an army of “reborns” recruited by the American government. To avert decimation at the hands of a fascistic government crackdown, the Resistance must discover the ace up their sleeve, and then the key to unlocking it.
This is the sequel to The Resistance (J. Michael Straczynski y Mike Deodato Jr.) which tells the story of survivors of a deadly pandemic, where those who overcome the disease awaken with super powers. Volume 1 predicted circumstances similar to Covid19, this volume 2 predicts events of tyrannical governments that occurred in 2021.
Plot
The US government continues to catch the Reborns with the help of social media, every post or display of her powers is very easily tracked, for example when Emily makes her powers blossom in Moths.
Those Reborn who have relatives are coerced into signing up to work with the government or else they will harm their family, others are eliminated and many are sent to concentration camps where they are studied.
Geun Kim manages to destroy one of these fields but is eliminated by Reborn who steal powers, the fight begins between Reborn.
The comic closes with Jeffrey Hasburg coming out into the open revealing the government conspiracy involving US President Lane, but we don't know if he survives.
This installment has a closing full of tension that prepares us for the final chapter.
Art
CP Smith continues to outdo himself with this increasingly suspenseful series.
