El creador de Black Hammer y Sweet Tooth, Jeff Lemire, llega esta ambiciosa e inquietante serie de cómics sobre la familia, el duelo y la realidad.
Un inspector de edificios solitario que todavía lamenta la pérdida de su hija amante de los laberintos recibe una misteriosa llamada telefónica una noche de una niña que dice que es ella y que está atrapada en medio de un laberinto. Convencido de que esta niña lo está contactando desde más allá de este mundo, usa un laberinto inacabado de uno de sus diarios y un mapa de la ciudad para trazar un intrincado camino a través de un plano diferente de la realidad en una intensa y melancólica aventura para traer a su hija de regreso.

TRAMA Y ARTE
Will busca los planos de toda la ciudad y usa el último laberinto que hizo su hija y busca que se adapte a los plano y el centro/final del laberinto coincide con la parte de atrás del hospital de niños donde su hija pasó sus últimos días hace 10 años.
Pero al llegar al sitio se consigue con un muro de ladrillos, lo golpea y queda con su mano herida. Al regresar a su casa su vecina Lisa lo ve tan consternado que le invita a curarle la mano y a cenar. Will le cuenta todo a Lisa quien le cree y le comenta que si el trabaja en la municipalidad puede derribarlo.
Will recuerda haber visto en sus sueños a Vern el perro desaparecido de Lisa.
Will vuelve al muro y descubre que hay una alcantarilla y al bajar por ella consigue una escalera que lo lleva a un mundo azul que lo vio en sus sueños, al entrar Vern le da la bienvenida.
El arte sigue siendo minimalista y sumamente efectivo, mostrando varias secuencias de introspección del personaje de Will.
El cómic posee 48 páginas.

A lonely building inspector still grieving the loss of his puzzle-loving daughter receives a mysterious phone call one night from a girl claiming it's her and that she's trapped in the middle of a labyrinth. Convinced that this child is contacting him from beyond this world, he uses an unfinished maze from one of her journals and a map of the city to trace an intricate path through a different plane of reality on an intense and melancholy adventure to bring his daughter back home.

PLOT and ART
Will looks for the plans of the whole city and uses the last maze his daughter made and looks for it to suit the plan and the center / end of the maze matches the back of the children's hospital where his daughter spent her last days ago 10 years.
But upon arriving at the site, he finds a brick wall, he hits it and wound his hand. Upon returning to her house, her neighbor Lisa sees him so dismayed that she invites him to treat her hand and have dinner. Will tells everything to Lisa who believes him and comments that if he works in the municipality he can take him down.
Will remembers seeing Lisa's missing dog Vern in his dreams.
Will returns to the wall and discovers that there is a sewer and when going down it he gets a ladder that takes him to a blue world that he saw in his dreams. Upon entering, Vern welcomes him.
The art remains minimalist and highly effective, showing various introspection sequences of Will's character.
The comic has 48 pages.
Summary
Will solves the maze and finally finds out where his daughter is, he is already beginning to forget his trauma over the loss of his daughter
