¿De qué viene?

El legado de Thanos: ¡primera parte! ¡Nic Klein regresa con el escritor invitado Torunn Grønbekk (Jane Foster & The Mighty Thor, Punisher: War Journal) para una aventura llena de Valkyrias! Cuando un enemigo odiado universalmente secuestra a Laussa, la hermana pequeña de Thor, y la arrastra tan lejos más allá de Hel que ni siquiera la Omnivisión de Sif puede verla, el Dios del Trueno debe llamar a la única aliada que ha viajado tan lejos hacia lo desconocido antes: Rúna. Pero, ¿qué oscuros secretos del pasado sangriento de Asgard yacen bajo las aguas heladas?

Trama

Laussa, la pequeña hermana de Thor, hija de Odin, Surtur y Freyja es secuestrado por Corvus Glaive, con el fin de llevarla a una dimensión fuera del alcance de la magia de Asgard con el objetivo de conseguir la gema negra del infinito y activar un nuevo guantelete.

Thor le pide ayuda a la Valquiria Runa para que lo lleve a este lugar, ella es la única sobreviviente de esa guerra liderada por Bor (abuelo de Thor) que activó ese extraño portal a ese mundo. Ella recuerda que aquellos que regresaron de este mundo no volvieron iguales, les faltaba su sombra.

En este lugar las sombras cobran vida y buscan asesinar a las personas de donde provienen, pero el relámpago de Thor ilumina lo suficiente para desaparecer a las sombras.

Pero Laussa es llevada a este mundo para abrir una especie de cofre gigante donde esta la gema del infinito negra, mientras Thor se encuentra con ....BOR!!!

Torunn ofrece un brillante inicio de un nuevo arco donde Thor debe detener una nueva y peligrosa conspiración cósmica de Thanos y para eso debe investigar el pasado de su abuelo Bor. Perfecto balance entre mitología y misterio.

Arte 

Posee muchas texturas que elevan la cantidad de detalles al máximo, proporcionando un ambiente lúgubre bien escalofriante.

Resumen

Thor y valquiria deberán investigar las acciones pasadas de Bor para poder salvar al universo de un nuevo ataque cósmico de Thanos.

Excelente inicio de un nuevo arco argumental.

When a universally loathed foe kidnaps Thor's baby sister Laussa and drags her so deep beyond Hel that not even Sif's All-Sight can see her, the God of Thunder must call upon the one ally who has traveled so far into the unknown before: Rúna. But what dark secrets of Asgard's bloody past lay beneath the frozen waters?

This comic is cennected with THANOS: DEATH NOTES #1

Plot

Laussa, the little sister of Thor, daughter of Odin, Surtur and Freyja is kidnapped by Corvus Glaive, in order to take her to a dimension beyond the reach of Asgard's magic in order to get the black gem of infinity and activate a new gauntlet.

Thor asks the Rune Valkyrie for help to take him to this place, she is the only survivor of that war led by Bor (Thor's grandfather) that activated that strange portal to that world. She remembers that those who returned from this world did not return the same, they lacked her shadow.

In this place the shadows come to life and seek to kill the people they came from, but Thor's lightning illuminates enough to make the shadows disappear.

But Laussa is taken to this world to open a kind of giant chest where the black infinity stone is, while Thor meets ....BOR!!!

Torunn offers a brilliant start to a new arc where Thor must stop a new and dangerous cosmic conspiracy by Thanos and for that he must investigate the past of his grandfather Bor. Perfect balance between mythology and mystery.

Art

It has many textures that raise the amount of detail to the maximum, providing a very creepy gloomy environment.

Summary

Thor and the Valkyrie must investigate Bor's past actions in order to save the universe from a new cosmic attack by Thanos.

Excellent start to a new plot arc.
