¿De qué viene?
Nemesis continúa eliminando a la fuerza policial de la ciudad y solicita la ayuda no solo de los pandilleros más grandes de la ciudad, sino de toda su población cuando ofrece una recompensa de $ 10000 por cada cabeza de policía.
Trama
Nemesis trae el cao en la ciudad de Los Ángeles cuando todo el mundo empieza a asesinar a los policías para cobrar la recompensa de diez mil dólares, esto hace que la ciudad se convierta en un caos y la policía no quiere ni salir a patrullar, es cuando Joe Costello empieza se convierte en un objetivo más fácil de atacar, o simplemente este Nemesis desea torturarlo psicológicamente.
Hay unas escenas relacionadas con heces humanas hilarantes, que terminan siendo algo para desviar la atención de Costello.
La mitad del cómic incluye el origen de esta encarnación de Nemesis, que revela que forma parte de algo más grande, hasta conocemos su nombre.
El ritmo narrativo de esta entrega es impactante, cada panel te va llevando de asombro en asombro.
Arte
Es dinámico y con muchas secuencias de pelea y sangrientas que ofrecen un dinamismo interesante.
Resumen
El plan de Nemesis al parecer funciona a la perfección trayendo caos a la ciudad y disminuyendo la capacidad de respuesta de la policía.

Where does it comes from?
Nemesis continues picking off the city's police force enlisting the help of not only the town's biggest gang members but of its entire population when he puts a $10000 bounty on every beat cop's head.
Plot
Nemesis brings chaos in the city of Los Angeles when everyone starts murdering the cops to collect the reward of ten thousand dollars, this causes the city to become chaos and the police don't even want to go out on patrol, it's when Joe Costello starts he becomes an easier target to attack, or simply this Nemesis wants to psychologically torture him.
There are some hilarious scenes involving human feces, which end up being something to divert Costello's attention.
Half of the comic includes the origin of this incarnation of Nemesis, revealing that he is part of something bigger, we even know his name.
The narrative rhythm of this installment is impressive, each panel takes you from amazement to amazement.
Art
It is dynamic and with many fight and bloody sequences that offer an interesting dynamism.
Summary
Nemesis's plan seems to work perfectly, bringing chaos to the city and diminishing the response capacity of the police. The reasons for their actions begin to be explained.
