¿De qué viene?
Todos los policías han sido asesinados, la ciudad es un caos, nadie puede salir de sus casas y una bomba nuclear estallará en un lugar secreto a menos que todos permanezcan en el encierro exigido por Némesis. ¡Esta serie no puede ser más emocionante!
Trama
Nemesis sigue cumpliendo su venganza, uno por uno está eliminando al equipo de policías quienes ayudaron a Joe Costello a atrapar y ejecutar a sus padres, lo poco que queda de Matthew Anderson está desapareciendo con cada uno de los que elimina como gotas de venganza, que se transformaran en un diluvio de dolor que le está preparando a Costello.
Cada movimiento de Nemesis es perfecto, quirúrgico, humilla a Costello con una superioridad imposible, donde lo deja lisiado pero aún le ofrece una oportunidad de salvar a Los Angeles de una explosion nuclear, la ultima humillacion sera vista por todos, pero Costello no se va a ir sin pelear.
Hay algo sobrenatural en las habilidades de Némesis que lo hace superior a su aparición anterior, parece que todo se vincula con el Presidente de EE.UU olvidado, cuyo misterio fue revelado por Nemesis hace algún tiempo.
Millar sigue manteniendo la tensión y suspenso como un camión lleno de explosivos en un puente de cuerdas, es casi imposible dejar de leer este cómic.
Arte
Jorge proporciona un arte con muchas texturas pero trabaja muy bien los ángulos e iluminaciones, que hace de esta entrega la más cinematográfica hasta el momento, hay una toma que recuerda mucho a Training Day.
Resumen
Nemesis demuestra que tiene el control de todo, sus métodos son agresivos, eficientes y sin duda el misterio del Presidente olvidado es clave para entender quién es.

Where does it comes from?
All the cops have been killed, the city is in chaos, nobody can leave their houses, and a nuclear bomb will go off in a secret location unless everyone remains in the lockdown Nemesis demanded. This series just can’t get any more exciting!
Plot
Nemesis continues to carry out his revenge, one by one he is eliminating the team of policemen who helped Joe Costello to catch and execute his parents, the little that remains of Matthew Anderson is disappearing with each one of those he eliminates like drops of revenge, which they will become a deluge of pain that he is preparing for Costello.
Every movement of Nemesis is perfect, surgical, he humiliates Costello with an impossible superiority, where he cripples him but still offers him a chance to save Los Angeles from a nuclear explosion, the last humiliation will be seen by all, but Costello does not leave to go without a fight
There is something supernatural about Nemesis' abilities that makes him superior to his previous appearance, it seems that it all ties back to the forgotten US President, whose mystery was revealed by Nemesis some time ago.
Millar continues to keep the tension and suspense going, like a truck full of explosives on a rope bridge, it's almost impossible to stop reading this comic.
Art
Jorge provides art with many textures but works very well with angles and lighting, which makes this installment the most cinematic so far, there is a shot that is very reminiscent of Training Day.
Summary
Nemesis shows that he is in control of everything, his methods are aggressive, efficient and without a doubt the mystery of the forgotten President is key to understanding who he is.
