El trauma se afianza cuando las pesadillas plagan las colinas con visiones de las extrañas criaturas que encontraron. ¿Eran solo sueños o recuerdos perdidos reales? Estas preguntas los ponen a los dos en un camino de respuestas al volver sobre su extraño viaje y encuentros con lo desconocido.

TRAMA

Este cómic incluye dos historias, la primera en la principal y larga que queda abierta para varias entregas y la segunda es una historia corta de una sola entrega:

BLUE BOOK escrito por JAMES TYNION IV con arte de MICHAEL AVON OEMING y rotulado por  ADITYA BIDIKAR: Betty y Barney Hill empiezan a tener cada vez más ataques de pánico y apoyados por la organización NICAP quien envió al científico escéptico Charles Hayden a que los investigue, pero no consigue descubrir alguna mentira. Betty y Barney se rinden de seguir con NICAP, ya que descubren que su experiencia con avistamientos y encuentros con OVNIS es escasa.

La frustración más grande de ambos es que no recuerdan lo que ocurrió esa noche, tienen sueños y pesadillas con fragmentos de lo que creen que ocurrió, donde unos seres se les acercaban. Por lo que cuando tenían tiempo libre hacían la misma ruta con su vehículo para ver si podían recordar algo o si aparece de nuevo el fenómeno, nunca pasó ninguna de las dos cosas.

Años después consiguen al Doctor Benjamin Simon, quien es experto en hipnosis y empieza a realizar sesiones a ambos sobre lo ocurrido, Barney narra exactamente lo mismo que vivió, pero lo que recuerda Betty será revelado en la próxima entrega.

La historia destaca la frustración y tormento que ambos viven por no poder descubrir lo que en verdad vivieron.

El arte es directo, captura el estres que viven estas dos personas, en esa escala de azules y negro que aumenta el nivel de tension de una manera agresiva, te transporta a esta traumitac experiencia.

TRUE WEIRD “GRANDE PEUR” escrita por LONNIE NADLER arte de JENNA CHA y rotulado por  ADITYA BIDIKAR: narra la historia de Tarrare una persona que nace en Francia en 1772 y con un apetito insaciable, fuera de control o explicacion. El arte es rustico, en blanco y negro y con muchas texturas.

Trauma takes hold as nightmares plague the Hills with visions of the strange creatures they encountered. Were these just dreams or actual missing memories? These questions set the two of them off on a path for answers by retracing their bizarre journey and encounters with the unknown.

Also including True Weird: Grande Peur by Lonnie Nadler, Jenna Cha, and Aditya Bidikar!

PLOT

This comic includes two stories, the first in the main and long one that remains open for several installments and the second is a short story of a single installment:

BLUE BOOK written by JAMES TYNION IV with art by MICHAEL AVON OEMING and lettering by ADITYA BIDIKAR: Betty and Barney Hill begin to have more and more panic attacks and supported by the organization NICAP who sent skeptical scientist Charles Hayden to investigate them, but he fails to discover any lie. Betty and Barney give up on continuing with NICAP, as they find that their experience with UFO sightings and encounters is scant.

The biggest frustration of both is that they do not remember what happened that night, they have dreams and nightmares with fragments of what they believe happened, where some beings approached them. Therefore, when they had free time, they did the same route with their vehicle to see if they could remember something or if the phenomenon appears again, neither of which ever happened.

Years later they get Doctor Benjamin Simon, who is an expert in hypnosis and begins to hold sessions for both of them about what happened, Barney narrates exactly the same thing that he experienced, but what Betty remembers will be revealed in the next installment.

The story highlights the frustration and torment that both experience for not being able to discover what they really experienced.

The art is direct, it captures the stress that these two people are experiencing, in that scale of blues and black that increases the level of tension in an aggressive way, it transports you to this traumatic experience.
