¿De qué viene?
Usagi y Yukichi todavía se encuentran en las cimas nevadas de las montañas del norte de Japón, siguiendo el arco argumental de Usagi Yojimbo de Stan Sakai, "The Green Dragon". Son conducidos a la cabaña de una extraña ermitaña que les permite pasar la noche. Mientras tanto, el maníaco Jei y su familiar, Keiko, siguen la pista de Usagi cuando se topan con una guarida de bandidos y someten a la banda de asesinos y ladrones.

Trama
Usagi y Yukichi intentan sobrevivir al clima gélido de la montaña, donde corren riesgo de morir congelados o atacados por bandidos, a quienes vencen con facilidad.
Por otro lado Jei usa sus poderes oscuros para asustar y reclutar a un grupo de lugareños de la montaña para seguir la pista de Usagi y Yukichi.
Mientras Usagi y Yukichi siguen su expedición, Usagi es llamado por algo, llegan a una cabaña donde una hermosa mujer llamada Yuki los atiende, les da abrigo y alimento...pero cuando duermen, Usagi descubre que Yuki es una....DEMONIO DE LA NIEVE!!
Este nuevo arco argumental de Usagi tiene todos los ingredientes que Stan Sakai lleva años cocinando, misterio, lucha de espadas,mitología japonesa, terror y ese ritmo narrativo hipnotizante y vertiginoso.
Arte
Es una mezcla de arte ingenuo, con caricaturas pero can la impronta única de Stan Sakai, que nunca decepciona y muestra una evolución impresionante. Los colores son hermosos y resaltan todos esos trazos únicos de Stan, es un deleite visual.
Resumen
Usagi y Yukichi están a la merced del clima y de los bandidos de la zona, mientras buscan un lugar donde refugiarse, pero en cambio de huir del peligro van directo sus fauces.

What does it come from?
Usagi and Yukichi are still in the snowy mountaintops of Northern Japan, following Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo story arc, "The Green Dragon." They are led to the hut of a strange woman hermit who allows them to spend the night. Meanwhile, the maniacal Jei and his familiar, Keiko, are on Usagi's trail when they stumble upon a bandit lair and subdue the band of cutthroats and thieves.
* A new story starring Usagi Yojimbo and the new character, his cousin, Yukichi!
* Follows directly after the story The Green Dragon.
Plot
Usagi and Yukichi try to survive the freezing mountain climate, where they risk freezing to death or being attacked by bandits, whom they defeat easily.
On the other hand, Jei uses her dark powers to scare and recruit a group of mountain locals to track down Usagi and Yukichi.
While Usagi and Yukichi continue their expedition, Usagi is called by something, they arrive at a cabin where a beautiful woman named Yuki takes care of them, gives them shelter and food...but when they sleep, Usagi discovers that Yuki is a...DEMON OF SNOW!!
This new Usagi story arc has all the ingredients that Stan Sakai has been cooking for years: mystery, sword fighting, Japanese mythology, horror and that hypnotizing and dizzying narrative rhythm.
Art
It is a mixture of naive art, with caricatures but with the unique imprint of Stan Sakai, which never disappoints and shows an impressive evolution. The colors are beautiful and highlight all of Stan's unique strokes, it is a visual delight.
Summary
Usagi and Yukichi are at the mercy of the weather and the bandits in the area, while they look for a place to take refuge, but instead of fleeing danger they go straight into their jaws.
